Terrible
Terrible service, tried to get a refund when they didn’t plug into the wall, the email that are supposed to sort it out never responded so I had to get a refund letter off the manufacturer and go all the way back to the shop I got it from to get the refund. Never again will I buy off a stall in a shopping centre.

Haven't tried my product yet as it's a Christmas gift for my daughter. I wanted to review the excellent customer service I received from the PYT Hair Team. The discount code online wasn't working so I messaged them on Instagram. Almost instant I received a reply and resolved the issues straight away. I received 20% off my purchase and a free makeover is store for when we visit London. I can't wait to see my daughter's face on Christmas morning when she sees her curler. We love in Dublin the product can't be got in Ireland so she won't be expecting it. Thanks again
Hair glider caught alight.
I purchased the hair glider on the Friday went to use it for the first time on Sunday. It started to make a funny noise and then promptly caught alight burning my neck and finger.
I was and am not after any compensation from the company for the burns I have sustained. What I wanted was a full refund for a product that has been sold and is clearly dangerous and for them to investigate to see why it caught fire to warn other customers.
The company has issued an email to say that as a gesture of goodwill they will offer an exchange, something I do not want as I dont trust their product. They then sent me a link to to understand the legal nature of my request and their answer.
I also know my legal rights and they are in breach of contract. I have now contacted my bank and asked for a chargeback, I am also going to trading standards. Please be warned if something goes wrong you will not get any sort of customer service from them. I now have a battle on my hands to get my money back, with no guarantee that other people will not be injured using faulty products. Dont buy from this company. Also there is no contact telephone number everything has to be done by email you can not speak to anyone

Spare yourself from problems and dont buy from them
I bought the Curly cute from PYT in Westfield Stratford. When they demonstrated the product on me it was ok, however at home I tried doing it myself and because I have limited ability to lift my arms it was impossible to use it. I decided to return it and then the journey began. They only have gmail account, on which they dont respond regularly. I was waiting couple of weeks and only after treatening them they responded. They did not accept returns. This is a very doggy company.

I have been saving up for this straightener, I finally bought it, and Monica the very best manager in stratford Westfield, went through the product and how to use it with me , I’ve saved so much going the hairdresser and now I can do it everywhere, I love the product and how my hair feels, it stays for weeks if I don’t wash it, my friends and sisters literally take it all the time , thank you so much

THE BEST STRAIGHTENERS EVER
What a great atmosphere to be around. The girls at PYT White City do an impeccable job at styling the hair and give great details about the benefits of infrared. I used to only use GHDs and the frequent use of it made my hair a bit dry so I was just looking around Westfield White City and then I was approached by a lovely lady. She showed me the Far Infrared Styler and when she passed it through my hair I didn’t feel it pulling or tugging which I usually experience with my normal straighteners. She mentioned to me that infrared was very less damaging for the hair as it was non conventional heat . She was right with each word she spoke. They’re very trust worthy and the products are amazing . On top of this the service is just beyond words as they treat you soo kind and with such grace. I highly recommend this company to anyone who struggles with their hair. PYT you rock . Thanks for having me as a consumer.

I got offered a demo I have really curly frizzy hair it’s the best straightener I ever used and have been using it ever since I have recommended it to all my friends and family. All the staff members are very nice & helpful. Will definitely buy again thank you pyt
We purchased a curling wand and…
We purchased a curling wand and straightening set from the pyt stall in Westfield store, london.y daughter received a demonstration and we were told about the special titanium plates, how the curls will last for 3 days, you can wet them and everything.. so we went ahead and purchased for £300... I took them home and straight away curled my daughter's hair! Well the curls didn't even last two hours... I feel for £300 this isn't acceptable when I can achieve the same result with a standard cheap pair. The receipt clearly stated in bold black and white writing that if you are unhappy with the product you can return to store within 7 days.. any longer you have to contact customer service for a voucher! I literally took them back the next morning... Drove for an hour back to Westfield to ensure I returned them within the time frame! Only to be given a mountain of excuses as to why I couldn't get my refund today!
1- MANAGER NOT AVAILABLE
2- I purchased a special offer which meant normal refund procedure didn't apply!
3- It was a bank holiday so I'd have to come back another time!
4- I would have to contact customer service
I had to stand and argue my case that this wasn't acceptable and my rights as stated on the receipt clearly entitled me to a refund if I was dissatisfied, so all the other excuses really weren't my problem and If there's staff able to make sales then they should be just as able to give refunds on products falsely sold. The lack of willingness to follow the company's own protocols obviously was frustrating me and it got heated, The young lady was so rude and as good as told me she's not doing anything and il have to come back another day and who do I think I'm talking to! I said to her you! Because your not listening to me or following your own policy and if you were in my shoes you'd feel the same. She said ' it's not my F**king problem and threatened to call security on me! I said go ahead and made a point of raising my voice and wanting other potential customers NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! Only then did another member of staff step in and process a refund instantly!!! Why it had to get to this stage for me to get what I was entitled to on the first place I don't know? All the excuses and reasons that I couldn't get a refund were very quickly changed when I caused a scene. Would not recommend!!!

I am now on my 3rd product... Initially buying brush, and curling tong... In October 23 at Westfield Stratford. We were served by Monica... She is everything you could want from a person selling you a product, professional, personable and excellent product knowledge. She demonstrated the products herself, on both myself and my daughter. Today Monica recognised us and Sammy demonstrated the luxe straightening Iron my daughter's hair by curling. Again another member of yr team, you should be incredibly proud of, fabulous customer service.

What a horrible company that wouldn’t provide a resolution to a fault product.
I have emailed a number of times. I have now taken it further and everyone else who has had issues I advise you take it further too. I have also written to the Trafford Centre that they should not allow sham companies to operate from there. STAY AWAY

Gave us different product then the one the demonstrated with and do not reply on messages
We had a demonstration in Londen at westfield mall. They demonstrated with a straightner that had kind of led lights in it, you could see them in the iron.
We bought two straightners from them. We flew the same day back to the netherlands. When we unpacked the box we saw that they were just normal straightners, not with led or anything.
The curls dont last and most surtanly dont have the same effect as the one they used on there demonstration.
Tried to email them several times but nobody is answering anyting. So far for there amazing customer services.....

To begin, i never write bad reviews but i felt the need to, as i do not want other people to have the same experience i did or worse.
Jesy (manager) was nice to me at first, i felt very welcomed by the girls there! i purchased the straighteners and they did my hair in a rush as they were closing soon, which i had no problem with as the hair styling was FREE anyways. They were friendly and lovely at first. they said they will style your hair for free for unlimited amount of times if you purchase their straightener (which sounded too good to be true because it IS) you just have to book in with them monday to friday. whilst styling my hair they said how my hair is “good hair” (i am multiracial with 3c hair) and not as bad as afro which i felt was disrespectful to afro caribbeans. i overlooked this. once returning home, i felt like i was scammed so i decided to return the straighteners. upon returning to the store the very next day for a refund on the unopened, unused, undamaged straighteners, i was treated with HOSTILITY, a complete change of attitude. the manager Jesy then said that they cannot accept refunds. (it has only been less than 24 hours!) after persisting, she said i have to email them and wait for a reply. i do not live in the area. i was not happy with this service as they were quick to take my money but not prompt to refund it. I then demanded the manager named Jesy to speak to higher management and she said she couldnt. eventually after persisting she did, but once on the phone to him she would not let me personally speak to him and hanged up the call before i could explain why i needed a refund PROMPTLY. I said to her i will not leave without my refund. then, a male staff named Kamjou came and started being aggressive, trying to intimidate me. he even threatened to get the security guard when i said i will not leave without my entitled refund. i did not let them bully me, i stood my ground and said i said “i will not leave without refund and will give a bad review.” then after saying i will tell my friends about their bad service and that i will make sure to write bad review, they processed my refund minus £20. She then tried to say the minus £20 was for the “hair styling” which was just VAT on the reciept… the hair styling was supposed to be complementary for an unlimited time upon purchasing the straightener… so not chargeable for a fee. I only bought the straighteners in the first place because she claimed i would get free hair styling forever! very misleading claim to be honest... i said to her that the £20 on the reciept was VAT and compulsory in the UK and has nothing at all to do with my refund… i explained that i have statutory rights and i am familiar with the law. then she realised i am not silly and had to refund me the £20. they tried to find ANY reason to not refund my money! AVOID AVOID AVOID the company “PYT Hair” if they were a reputable company they would give a REFUND with no issue!
