Rang and ordered a radiator mid day and it arrived 10am the next day! Can’t grumble at that, was the best price I could find online. Staff were very friendly and knowledgable will definitely use again!

I order a wine heater for an event and it arrived the next day. QBIC were super helpful when I realised I hadn't included my address in full and the whole experience was great end to end. Thank you.

Our fire was ordered & despatched very quickly, but unfortunately there was a fault. This meant it needed to be returned & a new one despatched. Nicola was friendly, efficient & very helpful Our replacement was immediately arranged & delivered almost the next day, thanks to Nicola. Very impressed with QBIC

Good price and speedy delivery with tracking.

I was looking online for a wall mounted De Longhi oil filled radiator and this company kept coming up, I looked on their website and the price was unbeatable plus a further discount for 1st time purchases, couldn’t get discount applied so phoned sales and they sorted it for me, bought radiator and was delivered next day well packaged and tracked.. the only minor complaint is that sales don’t take payment over the phone otherwise highly recommended..

I didn't know of QBIC Heating until I was on the search for a double electric blanket and came across them. There's hardly any reviews of the business so I was skeptical about going ahead with the purchase. I'm glad I did in the end because I had a great experience with them. Fast shipping and delivery, quality item - as described and great customer service. I contacted QBIC Heating because it seemed that the electric blanket wasn't heating up properly. QBIC Heating responded to me promptly and were willing to arrange collection of it ASAP and get a replacement sorted. Turns out that the electric blanket works fine and there aren't any problems. I just needed to be patient and wait a little longer for the whole blanket to heat up. I would highly recommend QBIC Heating - They're fantastic! Ps. Nicola is very friendly and helpful. Great at her job.

Through your supplier CGS Stores we ordered an air conditioner in the bad heat wave to help our large hairy hounds, customer services was excellent, delivery next day, price cheaper than Delonghi and Amazon. First class !

Finally we decided to obtain a portable air-conditioner(delonghi n82 eco)... it comes the next day after ordering. No hassle.

(I got it two days ago and today I found they are having a 12% discount. )
