They have a great product and even better customer support. It was hard for me to figure out how to manage my subscription but they helped me with that right away. The magnesium is a great product.

I had an issue with a subscription that I forgot to cancel, thereby, leaving me with too much product. Dana in customer service handled my cancelation and I was able to return the unused product, with free shipping and issued a prompt refund; I will definitely be using Qualia in the future.
Awesome Customer Service
I had a tricky customer service issue when I accidentally ordered too much of one product.
Everyone who helped me resolve the issue and deliver a refund in a timely manner was gracious, courteous, and very kind and skillful.
The products are awesome and I will continue to buy from them for months to come.

Customer Service is great. I needed help with a return order and my subscription. I had to email several times for my understanding of the order, and customer service was prompt and continued to answer all of my emails and questions until I had a clear understanding of how to proceed with my return, my future subscription orders, and my account access. Ordered onetime magnesium supplement. Was charged $35. They automatically sent another bottle 20 days later and charged $51.34 for that bottle and had to cancel and return. Return says paid $1

I love the product
I love the product. Unfortunately I have run into some health issues & need to do an elimination diet & that included some of my supplements. I couldn’t remember which email I used for my subscription, so I sent an email requesting to cancel & they answered immediately & helped me locate my account. I’m hoping to be back on their products once my issues are resolved
I love this product
I have taken the Senolytic for just a couple of months and really could tell a difference even after the first month. I do not feel as tired as I used to. I really felt so tired all the time, but that is so much better now.

A Quality Life with Qualia Life Sciences
I am a 71 yr old healthy male still in the workforce, looking forward to twenty+ more healthy years. For two months I have been taking the twice a month Qualia Senolytic regimen, Qualia Mind daily regimen, Qualia NAD+ daily regimen and Qualia Magnesium daily regimen. So far my aching knees have stopped aching, amazingly!! I have had a slight increase in enegy so due to my age I upped my NAD+ dosage one capsule, and hopefully waiting for a result of more energy. My sleep has increased an hour to 7 hrs from my normal 6ish hours. Basically I am quite pleased by my results and plan on continuing my subscriptions. I will also continue my use of supplements that have kept me healthy by most medical standards. My job is in the airline industry for 51 years and intend to keep on working. I did have subscription issues due to my own negligence of computer prowess and a delightful representative by the name of Bailey intercepted my call for help and straightened things out. I cannot ask for anything more! My mentor Deepak Chopra began my life of “Quantum Living” over 50 yrs ago and began advertising Qualia products on Instagram. Because he is a trusted public figure and have followed him this long I have total trust in these products. Best of luck to all of us seeking more years here on this marvelous planet and blessings to all.
Incompetent customer service and data sharing
I ordered Qualia Senolytic after watching an infomercial on how it removes zombie cells, improving efficiency of bodily functioning. Ok, sounds great. I asked customer service to send me the data of their experiments that prove this happens. She sent me a study of how flexibility improved, but the report said nothing about removal of zombie cells or anything relevant to that topic. When I asked about data showing that information, she said that the data wasn't available. I can't trust a company that won't release relevant studies proving their claims.

Unpleasant Experience
My greatest issue with QualiaLife.com is the shady practice of them placing an order for a subscription that I CANCELED! I had the payment set up through Amazon Pay, and when I canceled through their website, it did not cancel my Amazon Pay, so another order came through. This is an $80/month subscription, so it's not small change. I wrote to their customer service within MINUTES of this charge to cancel this (unexpected and unrequested) order and to refund my payment. The next email I received the next day was that the order had been shipped. I replied to the shipment notification and received a reply within minutes. (Funny, they can reply so quickly to that...) The response was that I could return the product, at my expense, for a refund. Great service, don't you agree?
My second issue with Qualialife is that they don't send a notification that the subscription payment/order is coming due. The vast majority of subscription-based services send an email with 1-3 days' notice that your subscription order is due. This allows you to check and balance, but they just send an order notification. This is honestly why I canceled. I just think it lacks the best service and integrity possible.
This entire experience has caused me to question the validity of the products as well as the claims to their quality. And frankly, just doesn't sit well. They won't get my business again.
Update 12/16/25: Notice it took them four months to respond. I had to pay shipping to return a product and prove that I returned it with photos to process a refund (after I posted my initial review). It's just lousy service. I did my research before posting a negative review and I did NOT have two subscriptions. So, that's just their word against mine. I still will never purchase another product from them based on the lack of timely, caring, or diligent customer care. The order could have been cancelled before shipping and none of this would have been an issue, but they are not timely as you can see for yourself with this four month delay in a response here.
