Dear Quality Cars,

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the ongoing issues with the vehicle I purchased from you in May this year.

Within just a few weeks of owning the vehicle, the engine management light appeared, which I was advised was due to an electrical fault. Now, I am experiencing further electrical issues, with the red battery warning light appearing on the dashboard.

Unfortunately, the vehicle has now completely lost power and the battery went flat whilst parked at my office. Thankfully, this happened whilst stationary and not whilst I was driving on the motorway, as this could have been extremely dangerous.

I contacted Quality Cars for assistance and was informed that I no longer have breakdown cover included with my warranty and that I would need to contact the warranty provider directly. As a result, I have had to arrange and pay for recovery myself, despite the vehicle being covered by a 12-month warranty.

The recovery company attended but were unable to resolve the issue, as the battery would not respond to a jump start. I have therefore had to arrange a second recovery company to attend and deal with the situation.

The vehicle will be returning to your garage today for you to investigate and carry out the necessary repairs. I am extremely disappointed that, having owned the vehicle for such a short period, I am already experiencing repeated electrical problems.

I would like clarification on how you intend to resolve this matter, including the recovery costs I have incurred, and confirmation that all necessary repairs will be covered under my 12-month warranty.

I purchased this vehicle expecting it to be reliable, and I am very unhappy with the inconvenience, stress and additional costs this has caused me.

I look forward to your prompt response and hope this matter can be resolved appropriately.

Service wasuful told car would be ready Friday Saturday it wasn't until 5pm monday after me calling up 6 times to get a straight answer then the car broke down the very next day these guys are cow boys
