I phoned 3 times & emailed 3 times for a delivery date and was always told that they would get back to me which they didn't. Stove finally arrived about 4 weeks following order. I don't mind waiting... Voir plus
These people are absolutely terrible, a 48 hour delivery turned out to be 19 days and then turned out to be not as orderd, if you try to complain you cannot get hold of them, do not use this company.

Very polite and helpful guy at the other end of the phone!
I asked for advice on installation instructions for a gas stove I have which needs re-installing and the person not only directed me to a site on the internet but then went on to copy and paste what I needed and then emailed it to me!
Brilliant! I am now sorted.

Honest, trusting help & not out to snatch your money
Good old honest helpfulness from a family run firm, a pleasure to do business with. No hard sales jargon. Would definitely recommend them. Ah, all's well until you get your Woodburner delivered to your house in France. I paid £100 for it to be sent by courier & for it to be put through my front door, this is were it goes wrong. They use "Pink link" who are very happy to get the business but don't pass on to there french counter parts that it needs a 2 man delivery. All in all, a little french fry turned up with his van & left my £1,250 Woodburner in the garden. Got in touch with "Pink link" spoke to some clever git (manager) there who said it wasn't his problem & he wasn't going to do anything about. Both "Quality stoves & Pink link will take your money no problem.
Moral is:::So really would you want some half cocked company dropping your expensive goods in the garden ? I wasn't happy about it, seeing that the only person at the house was a 65 year old lady. Never use either company again
