Quatropi Furniture Avis 

I am absolutely delighted with the coffee tables that I ordered from Quatropi. I spent such a long time going into Furniture shops and scouring the Internet for the right coffee tables to finish off my living space and I have to say that I made the right decision choosing this company. They delivered when they said they would and the tables were in perfect condition. I will certainly be ordering more furniture from this company now I know that I can trust the quality, and I highly recommend them to others, don’t hesitate!

My coffee table is beautiful but the delivery process was extended 3 times. We placed the order and paid for it Jan 4th 2026 and the coffee table arrived end of April 2026.

I initially purchased a modular sofa and, while it looked beautiful, it didn’t quite work for us in terms of comfort and structure — especially for everyday family use. At the time, this was really disappointing after the excitement of receiving it.

However, I have to say that Quatropi’s customer service really stood out in the end. After ongoing communication, they fully refunded me even after several months, which I genuinely appreciated. That level of aftercare made a big difference and shows they do stand by their customers.

From my experience, the furniture is very stylish and well presented, but I would recommend carefully considering the type of sofa (especially softer modular styles) depending on how you plan to use it day to day.

Overall, while the product itself wasn’t the right fit for us, the way the situation was resolved was professional and fair, and I would feel more confident dealing with them again in the future.

We purchased a Lena coffee table which was delivered as promised. When we were assembling the coffee table noticed there was some damage on one of the legs, we contacted Quatropi and a replacement set of legs was dispatched without any fuss. The coffee table looks great and is excellent quality. This was our 1st time purchasing for Quatropi and their srvice lives up to the reviews

Corner Bench ordered and recieved as scheduled good price and comfortable seating. Delivery went without hitch and assembling seating was straight forward. Ajustable feet could/should be bigger and in black the small white feet were totally inappropriate. Feet swapped out for Amazon purchase.
