I've had my skoda superb serviced and Mot'd for over 5 years at Quatro Tech St Ives.
All the staff are friendly and helpful and offer an excellent service. Could not recommended more highly.
Will look forward to many more years of having my car looked after by well qualified professionals.

At last, a reply to my review.
This must be a couple of years later.
Obviously we could go backwards and forewards with attack and defence tactics which I don’t particularly want to do.
What I would like you to do is be honest with your replies.
You say after inspection I needed a new heater matrix!
A small local garage took the same job on and discovered that the problem was a secondary water pump which took him less than an hour to replace.
A roadside mechanic found a small piece of excessive rust in the head of the bolt which holds the calliper in place. This is was what was stopping the wrench seating properly which was cleared with the tip of a screwdriver and he was then able to remove them with the ease that is expected.
You mention nothing about the rocker cover gasket which was causing the oil leak.
You quoted me £200 to replace it saying it only comes with a new rocker cover.
When I told you I could get one for less than £20, you told me that you only use genuine parts and it comes complete.
Another lie! My granddaughter came to you with a suspension problem on her golf.
You replaced that with a pattern part!.
You do not mention anything about sending me away with a vehicle that you have worked on and not reset the computer!
1/ I could not get into the car whiles in your car park
2/ when driving along, none of the windows worked like they should and I had to turn round and come back.
All I ask is for a bit of honesty,
Just admit that you made mistakes, everybody does but don’t make excuses to shift the blame.

We have been using Audi Quattro Tech and Van Werks in St Ives since they started up. They service and repair two vehicles for us and I cannot fault the service they have offered us every visit over the years. The staff are so friendly and accommodating - Kelvin and Ross to name but two and I would highly recommend them.

I’m over 70 and have had many new and used cars over the years in different parts of UK and Germany. I can honestly say that QT St Ives has provided the best service of all. Every aspect of what they provide from advice to cost effective servicing is excellent and I have justifiably had full confidence in this well led team over the last few years. They treat your car not their wallets! Nothing is too much trouble and I write this lengthy review as a special thank you because I am changing my car, but I will not hesitate to come back if I return to the QT brand.

Quattro-Tech always provide a fast, efficient and friendly service for our Audis. They advise on all costs up front where possible, or if anything is found they call for authorisation before continuing. In return they enjoy ice cream treats in the hot weather😄

Just had ford custom van insulated and lined. 5* treatment from the minute we made contact with the team. Steve/ Matt got straight back to us and have been in constant contact with updates and information. We live in Shrewsbury so a long drive down but 100% worth it. Amazing standard and communication pre, during and post fit has been outstanding. Highly recommend for any van conversions. Many thanks again.

I have been taking my cars to Quattro-Tech Cambridge for 6 years. A lot cheaper than a main dealer and still using authentic parts. Quick to get the job done.

I have used QT long before 2020. Early in 2020 (yes just before Covid) I bought my Audi A5 from QT when they first started doing cars, and ever since they have serviced that car and my wife's VW Polo. Still very happy with the A5 and all the services/MOT's etc.
The Polo recently developed an issue and they managed to squeeze it in at short notice to diagnose the fault and fix it and even replaced the key battery that was running low and we hadn't noticed.
I can't recommend them enough.

I have used Quattro-Tech for a number of years to service my previous Audi vehicles, they have always supplied reliable service and excellent advice on all levels of maintenance required. Along with their friendly and personable demeanour. So when it came time to renew my vehicle it seemed a logical choice to buy from them also. I will of course continue to take my car back to them for all my servicing needs. Great people to deal with, highly recommended.

Quattro-Tech has been the only garage that I can trust with my Audis. Competitive prices with high standards.

I have taken my R8 to the team at QT for almost 8 years. Their knowledge and understanding of the Audi range is clearly considerable and with the legend that is Dave C there, they must rate as one the most proficient Audi specialists in the UK.

Great service, from the timely reminder that the service was due, to ease of booking in and completion of the job.

Quattro-Tech are very reliable and friendly team. Since I lost my husband, who only ever went to them to look after our cars, the team have treated me with the upmost friendliness and respect and look after my car for me which means a lot to me.

Been using these guys for a few years now, after a bad experience with another garage, won't mention names. Used Quatro since then which is about 5 years ago. Always done a fantastic job on servicing and repairs and any after market parts I have brought. I would recommend to family and friends and anyone with a VW of from the manufacturer. If I had to give a score out of 10, it's definitely a 10 from me. From talking to Ross in reception to the mechanics on the shop floor you get a professional service 😀

I recently had my car serviced and a new grill fitted by Quattro Tech, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly.

A special mention to Ross, who kept me updated throughout the process with excellent communication and really looked after my car. It’s rare to find a garage that combines such professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for both the customer and the vehicle.

Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be returning to Quattro Tech again!
