It's easy and simple and I do need the loan

Over the past 12 years I have refi'd my mortgage twice. Both times I contacted Quicken Loans early in the process. They are one of the larger lenders, and they advertise about their customer friendly process. Both times Quicken Loans would not qualify me for a cash out refi. My mortgage was in the $1M range, with typical pressures on income, debt, and credit rating. The loan officers were friendly and tried to help, but the Quicken qualification requirements were very difficult to meet. In both cases, after being rejected by Quicken, I had no problem qualifying for a cash out refi with another well-known lender, with competitive terms. In my experience, Quicken Loans seems to be more risk averse than other lenders.

They have been so helpful…if I could say anything somewhat negative, is that I hope we can close very early!

Quicken/Rocket Mortgage is the best on finding the lowest rates and customer service! They can’t be beat!!!

It was quick and so professional, they explained so well that a kid could understand and was willing to have us call them with any questions. We love quicken loans, thank you!

I reached out online to Quicken Loans as they were highly reviewed in a Forbes article I read. Almost immediately several companies reached out to me and I was able to move forward with Mission Loans. The team there (especially Gil and William) were amazing partners! Highly recommend.

What made my experience with QUICKEN LOAN A JOY!! THE PEOPLE!!plan and simple. The people.

First and foremost the steps were explained where I understood the process, so I won’t be left in the dark. If I didn’t understand a process, it was explained to me, and everyone was really helpful, and I appreciate that.

I have been working with Lance in California, and he has been extremely informative and patient with me.

MY COMPLAINTS HAVE NOT GONE UNANSWERED. WHETHER COINCIDENTALLY OR NOT, THE FEES THAT I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT HAVE DISAPPEARED AS OF MY LATEST STATEMENT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR TAKING THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE AND CORRECT THEM. I AM SURE THAT THE COMPLAINTS MADE BY ME HAD MULTIPLE REPERCUSSIONS UP AND DOWN THE CHAIN OF COMMAND. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO SHAKE UP THE TROOPS. THANK YOU.

I talked to NUMEROUS people at least 5, to see why my mortgage went up 200.00 per month . This is ridiculous, its always gone up 40 to 50 dollars because of taxes or insurance. This is really not a good time to increase it that much. All the people I spoke to couldn't answer why only that my insurance went up. Ok yes it went up NOT 200.00 a month !!!! Never heard of such an increase ever !!!
So because of Your lack of paying attention to my account I'm paying for your screw up !!! I'm not happy !!
