Internet issue
Just had Quickline Broadband in to address an issue with my internet. From contacting Customer Services, booking a visit and a Technician calling everything was smooth sailing.
I can honestly say this is one Company who has got it right and would highly recommend them for excellent broadband service

Sorting WiFi
Router replaced by Peter Watson who returned because WiFi throughout the house was very poor. He spent nearly 3 hours setting up Zyxel Extenders so that WiFi was optimal in all rooms including 2 offices. It took a lot of patience and trial and error to get things right but Peter carried on till he was satisfied with the result. 5 stars to Quickline.

Best broadband engineer

Cheaper than current provider and made it easy to change to Quickline
We chose to go with Quickline because their price was cheaper than Sky who we were with. On the day of installation, Louise B arrived, but as I needed to be elsewhere shortly after she was very accommodating and was able to start the work then left to another job and returned when I was back. Work was done tidily and swiftly and the QR code on the card to connect makes it really easy to connect to phones.

We had fibre and Digital Voice installed by Kieran S. Amazing engineer. Very professional and efficient. He explained and went through everything with us until we were happy with his work.
Our other property was also installed with Fibre by Zack D, again very professional fully explained the process a great engineer.
