I ordered 2 pairs of sandals.
When they were not delivered I contacted the company and then I got an apologetic email that the sandals were lost in transit. A refund was coming soon.
So indeed it did arrive on July 28 2024..

Buyer Beware! Do not order anything from this company. Ordered 1 pair of ladies shoes 2 months ago and now doubt very much I will ever get them. Gave me a 10% refund. Absolute scammers! Lying, stealing, thieving cheats.
SCAM!! ordered 2 pair of shoes got zero pairs! Ordered with a credit card, processed through PayPal. I do NOT have PayPal.
Never received my order, they even have a fake PayPal account and PayPal really doesn't care, there goes my trust in PayPal.

This was my first time ordering from Quiltalo. I ordered 2 pairs of Women's Shoes. They were advertised as Skechers and orthopedic shoes. The shoes I received did not look anything like the one's in ad. They were advertised as Sketchers but not labeled as Sketchers and were poor quality unlike Sketchers. They were made from vinyl or ridiculously cheap leather. They will not accept a return or refund although their posting inferred both were possible. According to them they did nothing wrong. I have looked for the ad with a video and it has disappeared. 😡 Beware of this company’s false advertising as Sketchers!!

Ordered shoes. Did not fit. Refused return for refund, even though shoes were never worn in original packing. Said they only return if they did something wrong. Shoes are not true to size. Cheaply made. Said I was reporting to BBB, attorney general and my credit card company. Offered to give me 10% refund. Will never recommend this company and will file the complaints. Horrible customer service.

i ordered what was advertised as a quality orthopedic sneaker. After a 25 day wait what I received was a really low quality cheap shoe. The most uncomfortabel sneaker I have ever owned. I should have done my homework before ordering. It would have told me this product is made in China and the company has many bad reviews.
I ordered a purse and blouse on November 7th, over two months ago. I still have not received my order, and I have tried to contact the company multiple times. I keep getting a "delivery failure" message in my inbox when I try to email them. It says that their server is not working. I hope they didn't cheat me out of my money. I'm getting really concerned and frustrated. This is very unprofessional. When I check my order status it says it is in "Packaging & Quality Control". It has been way over the time they say it will take to get my order and they won't respond. Bad business practice and poor customer service. Sketchy for sure.
