Tharon Pillay is a great ambassador for Quinns The Printers. He has been prompt in his responses and always helpful on the phone.
The company themselves were competitive on costs and offered a good delivery turnaround on booklets that were printed for me. All in all worth a try if you are looking for a good printer.

We had a really tight turnaround with a difficult set of specifications which Anthony and the team managed perfectly.

We recently ordered outdoor banners and flyers for our building business and couldn’t be happier with the service or the final product. The team were really helpful from start to finish — quick to respond, great communication, and the print quality is excellent.

The banners look fantastic and have already helped us stand out on site. We’ll definitely be using them again for future printing needs. Highly recommend!

I’m very happy with Quinns. Repeat customer, ordering large prints a few times a month. Always offer the best price around and Anthony is superb at his job. I did have a bad experience at one point, but Anthony handled it really well and has fully rectified the issue.

Ordered brochures and the print quality was terrible. A number of the brochures where printed with randomly arrange pages and the rest where really badly aligned, you could see parts of the other pages coming through and other pages printed slanted. I rang immediately to complain and was told to email customer services which I did. Had to follow up a few times and basically told, tough. Very disappointing. It wasn’t a big order but still a big order and expense to me.

Just feel like I need to update my previous review. Got in touch with Peter the MD of Quinns. He apparently was unaware of my experience. He made good effort and sorted me out immediately. Refunded me in credit with a bit of extra. I have done two jobs with the new website and they came super quick.
I hope it continues.

It doesn't take a genius to see that the 5-star ratings given in these reviews are not genuine. Quinns promise the world and deliver WELL AFTER deadlines with (on occasion) the colours not being correct. I was promised a refund for a job, but that never happened. Quinns apparently moved their printing press operations over to the mainland and the guys in the N. Ireland office have no idea what is happening in production. Their customer service is AWFUL, and you will be fortunate to get any response from them. If you do manage to get a response, it will be a false promise or a 'we will get back to you' which from experience never happens. Quinns prices are low, however, you get what you pay for. My advice is to pay a few pound extra with another printer and save yourself the headache of having to consistently chase your printing job. You'll notice an influx of 5* reviews after a high amount of genuine 1-star reviews which another 1* review pointed out....this is definitely a red flag! Stay away from this printers, you have been warned!

Quinn's are a disaster. I placed an order for 60K flyers for a time-sensitive political campaign in June, and despite countless assurances, they failed to deliver on time. The flyers were three days late, causing serious damage to the campaign. Every step of the process something went wrong.

To make matters worse, they didn’t even handle the flyers according to basic Royal Mail Electoral procedures. Due to their incompetence, 30% of the flyers were never distributed, making them worthless. When I tried to address the issue, their so-called “customer service” admitted fault and agreed to a partial refund. "We're waiting for funds from the liquidator", I was told. I finally got my refund a few days ago, months late, and only because I had constantly badgered them and took the case to Trading Standards. Check them out on Companies House, interesting reading.

This company is completely unreliable. I certainly doubt the integrity of the 5-star reviews on here, especially seeing the other reviews from those who have been treated as badly, and worse, than myself. Quinnstheprinters has been my go-to for trade printing for the past year. They always deliver on time, and the print quality is consistently excellent. Their customer service team is also super helpful whenever I have any questions. Couldn't ask for more!

Major drop in service from this company. I've have used Quinns for a number of years but in recent months the company has moved to a structure where they don't actually print anything themselves. Now almost every job ordered is late (often by weeks). The final straw came when I got some reports printed and was informed after several weeks that the job had no chance of making it even close to the deadline. The job was cancelled by Quinns but no refund was issued. Currently with the bank as a fraudulent transaction.

no refund for canceling the order, complete disregard for the customer, failure to meet deadlines. I do not recommend cooperating

they actually closed the Belfast factory and now using different printers, that's why you won't get your jobs on time!

If I could give zero stars I would.
Disastrous company, gave a delivery date, the items didn't arrive, they kept saying it was a transit issue. They arrived 10 days late - once received we were told they had only been booked for collection with the company 3 days previous. I have sent numerous emails since, I keep getting told I will get a response that day. Still nothing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Customer service is appalling, they haven't a clue how to run a company.
