Very happy with every aspect

Very happy with every aspect, from quotations to most importantly, quality of print, jobs have always been on schedule. Great that they can organise bespoke print orders which are not always on the website. Been using Quinns for seven years, happy to continue with that.

Ive very happy with the service I…

Ive very happy with the service I receive from Quinns The Printers, and If there is any issues there only to happy to sort them out asap, also all staff I have dealt with are very helpful, and so are the staff on the floor when it comes to me collecting my orders, haven't had any problems even over the covid period all my orders were done to top standard and on 90% of the time were even ready early for me. Keep up the great work

Don't use them

Bunch of useless b's. Treat their staff like rubbish, orders always late, and the quality is sub par. Not worth it

Very disappointed with their products…

Very disappointed with their products they appear to use inferior paper /card products .... 400 gsm card feels more like 250gsm... yet they maintain it is 400gsm.... I’ve decided not to use them again - I told them what I felt but not really and explanation other that comparison to some other local printer!

Ordered a4 books, absolutely delighted with the quality when they arrived and they arrived ahead of schedule could not be more happier and couldn't recommend Quinns enough

1 star is 1 too many... Use them at your peril......

1 star is 1 too many.... i have used Quinn print for a number of years until Sept 2019.

I ordered 100,000 A4 folded sheets i started to get concerned when the delivery was late i was told they had ran short of paper! Don't worry its on its way 4 days later no delivery. No call backs no customer service call NOTHING! The Following day i was told my pallot was in Rugby would i like to go and get it! were based in Bournemouth miles away and its a pallot.... bearing in mind i had already paid for delivery to me, i asked for the details of the courier that was collecting it to bring to me, when i called him i was told to go away and not call back but not so politely. I tried to offer them payment if he could collect it and bring it to Bournemouth they refused and said there were payment issues with Quinn Print. I had to locate a courier in Rugby pay them £300 extra to have the order delivered to me. When i Contacted Quinn i was told there was nothing they could do. I receive regular emails with discount codes to place orders but have NOT placed an order since... Today i received an email from trust pilot to leave a review so i have.

Use Quinn print at your peril i will NEVER place another order with them again.....

Use them at your peril

I have been using Quinn's The Printers for over 3 years now on a regular basis but always on an on and off basis. The reason for on and off is because Quinn's will mess up, we leave, and a few months later they will telephone for feedback, asking why we left. We tell them, the order was incorrect, the finished product was cut wrong, my order was 5 days late, my order was severily damaged on arravial, the driver refused to take the pallet back, the driver refused to move the order from the pavement into the storage area, the driver said he has a bad back and can not move any boxes. Quinn's thenassure us all of these problems have been sorted and so we start using them again BUT within a couple of orders it all starts again as does the excuses. Use them at your peril.

Disappointing service, we'll never go back

im one of the disappointed long time customer , inspite of the numerous jobs you've sent/given for printing, they wont care, if you value your customer, these company dont. ofcourse they wont admit their mistake, they'll just say whatever artwork you sent is what they're printing, eventhough its clear right in your eyes that the imposition is wrong, common sense will tell you there is something unusual im a graphic designer and digital printer, even if the artwork is correct but the imposition is wrong, the print out will still be wrong, but yes, they will just print as it is after all its what you sent and ofcourse they will not take resposibility, they'r safe, we're screwed, offer you discount, you pay for the reprint for the mistake they printed. constructive feedback? value us your customers - as we value our own customers, so we gain more jobs and we do more business with you... dont bother emailing them, they dont reply, we'll source our printing somewhere else.

update : offered free reprinting/refund in exchange of removing this review, no thanks, i'll keep my honest experience.

reply: he phoned me to ask which is the front page, so i said, the front page was the happy birthday, and i said the job was A5 landscape and that when you open the card you should be able to read the inside page which is the ticket, what you printed is a blank inside page and the ticket was on the opposite side that the reader would need to rotate the card to read, is that a normal usual card that should have been printed may I ask please? let us put ourselves to the reader's shoes to be fair, would you be happy/comfortable to read that way you read one side and rotate to read the other side? thats the common sense i was telling about...if he is claiming what i said was different then prove me from a recorded call that i confirmed to print the inside page upside down because it clearly doesnt make sense...as i said, its a reprint job, which you printed the first time correctly, how can the 2nd job be wrong when its just the same artwork sent as before.

I am sorry you have felt the need to write this review. We care about every job that comes through to us and help out when we can to fix any artwork issue, order, delivery address etc.
I have spoken to my team about this particular order from yourself.

Alan phoned you on Tuesday as a courtesy to let you know that your artwork seemed to be upside down. At this point you instructed him to continue with the job and to dispatch as it was....as we did.

Your comment says 'they'll just say whatever artwork you sent is what they're printing' - this is technically correct as we are a pdf print ready online printers as per our terms and conditions, 3.1.3.

I have tried to call you today a couple of times to discuss this and attempt to resolve the situation. On the last call Alan had with you, you had informed us that you had got the job printed for free elsewhere. In a last attempt to resolve the situation we offered you a full refund to try and fix the problem amicably. At this point you told us you didn't want the refund and that was the end of the call.
I am still keen to speak with you to see if we can do anything moving forward, if you would like to give me a call on 02890 323552.

Hi Rhodney,

As I have stated, we print the pdf print ready file provided. The first print you got of this order was 10.07.2019, we do not store artwork for this length of time, so you would have had to provide us with new artwork for this order your are referring to.
Instead of going back and forth on Trustpilot, I would appreciate if you could give me a call or I will call you again and we can get this resolved.

This company has paid for good reviews look at all the bad reviews then all of a sudden from the 13th of January tons of happy customers suddenly all decide to give it 5 stars trust pilot should really look into this cause the customer service is still shocking don't trust this company the change their name every once and a while but the core problem is always the same.

My experience so far with Quinnstheprinters has been very positive.. I made a mess trying to do it myself, so i rang and spoke to Alan. My order wasn't straight forward but he sorted it all out within 16 minutes. I'm very very happy...
