Brilliant service

Brilliant, fast, trustworthy service. Received my prints earlier than expected and with the best quality I could have hoped for. A brilliant company I would definitely using again in the future

Just recently had the pleasure of doing business with Quinn's the printers and I can't speak highly enough with regards to the professionalism and the courtesy of the staff when placing my order.

I dealt with a lady called Cassie, who was extremely friendly and informative with what options they could offer me when stating what I required.

I would definitely recommend this company for future orders as I was very satisfied with the products they had to offer.

Had a few invitations printed and…

Had a few invitations printed and nothing has ever been too much hassle. From 1st birthdays to dedication invitations the guys have helped me from start to finish. Amazing quality and will definitely use again for this years birthday invitations.

Let down once again

Let down once again! Had issues with a job being 2 weeks late back in the summer, was reassured that this was a one-off, but once again they have failed to hit the delivery deadline. This time 'a machine has gone down'.
In July after that particular mess I received a promotional email telling me that they now offered 'Ship on time or get it free', when I questioned one of the customer service (ha ha) persons this morning I was told that the promotion was 'only for August'. So why did I get the email on 16th July I asked, 'they must have done a promo week in July, I don't know, I was on holiday'.
What a complete shower this lot are, fairly common knowledge in the trade that they seem to be in trouble and have allegedly struggled to pay their paper bills, hence the delays, but I thought (stupidly) that they might have turned it around - how wrong was I?
If you want you job on time, buy it somewhere else, you have been warned!

UPDATE:
Despite more promises that the job would be delivered the following Monday/Tuesday after I posted my original review, it wasn't actually delivered for another 12 days. Quinns were quick enough to call me when they saw the original review asking if I would take it down, apologies, refund, etc etc, but still managed to miss the new delivery date by over a week. This will be my last attempt to use them, they have poor communication, terrible customer service and seem to have an excuse for every occasion.

Underhand dealings with Quinns the printers (Bradley Group)

This company does not even deserve the one star!!
How can anyone possibly put any trust into dealing with a company who can treat their staff in the way which they have done.
Anyone wishing to deal with these people should look further into the companies dealings within the business world in general before conducting any business whatsoever with them.I can promise the delving into this company you do will leave you wanting to steer well clear!
Yes I am connected with a disgruntled former employee but the dealings of these people and manner in which they conduct their business makes for very interesting reading indeed.
This review is not due to the fact I am related to a disgruntled employee (I am indeed related to a past employee who is very disgruntled with the shoddy treatment he is receiving)but as for tying to ruin anyones reputation/business I can state the owners of this company need no help in doing this.Futhermore surely by asking for any articles being published surrounding their business dealings to be removed on various platforms on numerous occasions this must show they have plenty of underhand dealings they do not wish to be brought to the fore!
I would therefore request that is review is not removed from Trustpilot as it contains NO personal information, uses NO offensive language, is most definitely NOT spam and although does not reflect a personal buying experience it most certainly DOES reflect a service experience in that the company had a duty to of service to their employees who were informed without warning on 16th August 2019 that they had been made redundant and in the six weeks since this date they have been fed lie after lie regarding their futures so indeed this review does reflect a service experience to the past employees whom this company in the past six weeks have made a one of payment of £200 too and a head of HR who when asked was unable to tell them what the payment was for in fact a head of HR who when contacted the said employees used the words "I cant say what the money is for" ! Well I could go on believe me the dealings of this company are unbelievable but I am sure this review will indeed like others be reported and removed my hope is it reaches someone before they either place a order with the company or allow these people credit for the purchase of goods or services .
So Mr Bradley/Mr. McGrath or whoever is claiming to be director of the company at this present time hang your head in shame for the way in which you conduct your business.

Well no surprise Quinns.
As for the review being accusatory ,I do not accuse your company wrongly of any of the above mentioned comments but I may add I could very well start making accusations both on a professional and personal level which I will not do as I consider myself to be of much better character than to do so .

USELESS & RUDE.

I placed a job on the 27th August, delivered 17th September. I was promised phone calls / emails on what had happened to my job. Trying to explain my frustration to a member of staff they had the cheek to call me rude.
You try dealing with a company that doesn't let you know what is going on.
I'm yet to receive an apology from any member of staff at this woeful company.
I guess the apology will arrive with my money back.
That's 1 less client i have to worry about now!

If you're a gambler, this bunch of cowboys might be worth a shot!
If you value your sanity and clients i suggest you jog on!

Hopefully this company will invest a little bit more on training their staff to a competent level as currently they are spectacularly falling well short.

Is seems all is not well at Quinn’s the…Terrible Service

Is seems all is not well at Quinn’s the Printers! The old adage comes to mind “a leopard can’t change its spots” yet again we are in the situation were communication is none existence how long does it take to print a job? Or in Quinns case how long is a piece of string? About the same time it take for someone to get back to you regarding a query on deliver “Never”.
I have used them many time in the past but started using other suppliers when delivery times were never met, a few weeks ago one of the directors rang me with “were back up and running to full strength and we won’t let you down with any future order so please give us another go!!!!!” well that didn’t last long.....It’s one thing a member of staff making promises but when a Director rings and makes a promise what can I say “words are cheap”

It’s not nice to have to moan about a company but communication is everything if they had spoken to me and explained why it would be a different story after all I have to somehow let my customer know why his job is going to be late. Good luck with that one 

Believe it or not I managed to speak to someone your job will defiantly be printed and in the post.....ooops you got it it’s NOT, it’s going to be another 2 days OK cancel the order it’s no good now it’s too late...answer please yourself!!!

So my advice is give Quinn’s the printers a very wide birth. I would suggest using Flyeralarm, Pixart, Saxoprint just 3 who have never let me down

I've been using QTP for a good few…

I've been using QTP for a good few years now and have always been happy with them. This time though they exceeded themselves in a very quick turnaround for a few products that I needed ASAP. Even arrived a day earlier than I had asked so that's very much appreciated! Thank you Cassie, and the rest of the team, for organising that. :)
