Our first trip in a campervan,the van was clean ,drove well ,was simple to use .
The owner were very nice and run-through all the details with us before we departed . We would definitely recommend to anyone who are thinking of hiring Auri and the process was very simple .

Spent a lot of money trying to sell my campervan on here. Had 1 message that I replied to and never progressed beyond that. In the end I put it on marketplace and eBay and was absolutely inundated with messages- sold it within a day or two after weeks on quirky. I wouldn’t bother selling on there again, especially when it’s so expensive to list

We had a fantastic time taking Bruno up to Scotland. The weather was not great but we were warm, cosy and dry in Bruno. He is down up beautifully and they have really thought of everything you might need. We could have packed lighter! I highly recommend hiring a campervan from Quirky Campers.

Our original booking got cancelled but quirky campers were great at helping us to rebook and find another suitable van. Had a lovely holiday

We had the most wonderful time in Bertha! The campervan was spotlessly clean, comfortable and really well equipped with everything we needed for our trip.

The host was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was so warm, friendly and welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Her lovely, personal approach made the whole experience feel so easy and enjoyable.

Bertha was also the setting for a very special moment for us, as we got engaged during our trip! 💍❤️ So she’ll always hold a very special place in our hearts.

Booking through Quirky Campers was also really easy, with a great service from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.

First of all the website is really easy to use with lots of choice of vans.
Me, my partner and our dog had the best time in Auri!
The van was easy to drive and super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was hot, good pressure. Great cooking facilities. Everything was really well thought out. Would definitely recommend. Wee and Kelvin were so helpful and friendly and answered any questions we had very quickly.

My daughter, Golden Retriever and I had a wonderful mini trip to Robin Hoods Bay in Veronica. It was our first time renting a camper van and it was a wonderful experience. I'd never driven anything of that size but I loved it.
Veronica is set up really well and had a very comfortable bed, which my daughter and I shared without being squashed.
Laura and Andrew were very helpful and I will say that our first of many road trips was a very positive experience.

The website makes it very easy to look at the available vans and booking is very intuitive. Instructions are clear and seeing the other users' review helps in knowing what to expect, I really liked it and will consider it again for future trips!

Likely fake camper reviews, a misrepresented camper and extremely one-sided mediation lost me my full deposit.

There is a superficial service level / sweetness from Quirky's staff that is a facade over serious issues with their site.

I rented a camper, Buddy (from Croydon in London) for 5 days based on excellent reviews of the camper and the owner. The camper was highly misdescribed: no charging cable for the campsite's plug, no bike rack, no lighting throughout oven, no reverse camera, photos of Le Creuset crockery when we were given flimsy plastic crockery and more.

When I reported this, Quirky asked the owner to fix their listing but allowed several misdescriptions and photographic misrepresentations to remain.

I left a review of my experience on Quirky's website on 14 August. Three separate new glowing reviews of the campervan appeared for booking (also in August!) burying it which is extremely suspicious.

According to reviews (which now seem very unlikely to be genuine), previously the camper had been booked once in July, once in May, once in April and before that once in October 2025.

After the rental, the owner of the van wanted to retain my full deposit (£500) which Quirky "mediated" extremely one-sidedly in favour of the campervan owner. I had to replace the van keys during the rental which I did with the full permission of the owner. Subsequently (not mentioned in his permission) he said he wanted OEM and not aftermarket keys and therefore required the entire deposit to replace them again.

Quirky found 100% in favour of the owner offering a "goodwill" gesture of €50 from Quirky themselves (plus £50 from the owner) in respect of the misdescriptions.

We absolutely loved our trip in Fern. Cant recommend it highly enough. Josh and Rickie have created the most beautiful home on wheels and we were sad to hand the keys back. They have thought of everything - you just need to turn up with food and clothes and plan your adventure. Worth mentioning how easy it was to pick this campervan up as its just off the A303. We have told all our friends and they are now keen on booking their own trips

What a fantastic fully equipped treat on wheels, a 5 ⭐️ experience, from meeting the owners, to ease of returning. They have thought of everything. Beautifully decorated and completely comfortable. Literally pull up and you’re ready to go! We were the envy of all our fellow campers. Thank you F&S

Good communication prior to the trip. Very clear on all steps in preparation. 3rd time with Quirky and probably not the last.

As first time users of Quirky Campers we were a little nervous about booking a camper van trip but quickly felt comfortable with the process because of the excellent communications from Quirky Campers that made the process straight forward and clear. This was enhanced by the timely reminders (e.g. to upload driving licence details etc.), provision of contact details for collection etc. that were provided before and during our trip. We had a great time and I have already been recommending Quirky Campers to family and friends.

We had a fantastic time at a festival with Buddy. The van was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great weekend away!

Felix and Laura were friendly and easy to communicate with and made pick-up and drop-off hassle-free.

Sophie was lovely and very easy to deal with. Leaf was great to drive and incredibly convenient. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable—just bear in mind that you'll need to bring your own bedding. We'd definitely recommend Leaf!

We had the best time in Remmy and really appreciated the fan as it was so hot. Everything is so easy to use and very comfortable. The solar panels are a game changer for the fridge and freezer. Even the ice stayed icy! Can’t recommend more highly
