My mams experience with Robin made me want to move to quote devil myself
I'm writing this review for my mam she said she had the most pleasant woman on the phone earlier in the week when she was renewing her insurance the womans name was Robin and my mam said she was extremely helpful and didn't once get annoyed with any of my mams questions (and she asks some stupid ones) she also said it was nice to actually speak with an agent that had as well as making the experience easier was still able to have a laugh with at the same time, she said Robin made it feel like she was a real person and not just another number to them. My insurance is due for renewal in August and I'm not actually with quote devil now but I will be calling and asking to speak to Robin.

Takes Far too long to get through on…
Takes Far too long to get through on the phone. Staff are well mannered but Quote Devil would charge you for oxygen if they could. There are far better brokers out there. Insurance companies are a law onto themselves. If it costs an extra €20 to go with someone else, please do as you will save in the long run.

Unhelpful Customer Service Agent
I renewed my car insurance online two days ago. I emailed twice looking for a temporary disc and received no response. I have no access to a printer after this evening and need to leave something on my dashboard so that I don't receive a ticket as I park in the City Centre during the weekend. (This was explained in the emails I sent on both days). My current insurance expires on Sunday 6th and I won't be at home again until June 10th so will not have access to my new disc. The agent to whom I spoke was dismissive, told me that she couldn't send me a temporary disc (I told her I have received one before). She told me "We don't do that." She put me on hold and then came back to say that she would send me 'something'. I had to clarify what the 'something' was...(It emerges that it was a temporary certificate and disc). I then told her that there were two errors on the policy schedule that needed to be amended. She put me on hold again. I was watching the clock....all she needed to do was amend Mr. to Ms. and add a digit to the Eircode. I knew she was going to leave me on hold until 4.59 which is precisely what happened. She then told me that I would need to call back to have those details changed...that the insurer would need to make the changes. I asked if she could not make a note and she insisted that I have to call back tomorrow before 5pm. What is the point in having an online renewal process? This has been far from a seamless experience. That being said I am glad that I don't have to engage with agents if tone and manner are so alarmingly poor. It is quite clear that customer service is not high on the priority list and the agent to whom I spoke came across as intently disinterested. I had a quote from a competitor and it was €10 less expensive but I went with Quote Devil as it had been a good experience in previous years. As it stands I am regretting that decision now and it is on the basis of the interaction I just experienced...not at all impressed!

I had an excellent experience dealing with Robin at Devils Quote Car Insurance. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and worked hard to get me the best possible deal.
What really stood out was how easy and stress-free she made the whole process. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such a friendly and honest approach. I never felt rushed or pressured — just properly looked after.
I would highly recommend Robin to anyone looking for car insurance and outstanding customer service. She is a real credit to Devils Quote.

They will not release my non claims…
They will not release my non claims bonus. I was ask was to pay €800 to release the same. They would not forward their complaints procedure

I had query in relation to you my policy i had recently renewed during the week. I contacted the office of qoute Devil and spoke to a very helpful customer service provider called Sophie Ennis .
After taking a few details Sophie was able to promptly reassure me. She was very friendly and professional and emailed me over my policy as requested.
