Great service turned up on time, website very easy to use - just understand that there will be an additional cost for delivery not displayed in the price.

I had never heard of the company until recently but am delighted with both the telephone service and delivery. The items arrived exactly when promised. In addition I had to visit the Orpington outlet and the service was just as good. It is a pity the other companies are not as efficient as Qvs. Well done and I would recommend you to anybody. Order delivered within 24 hours, all items correct. The only hassle was 1 bulb which did not work out of 6 lights, transformer, extension cable and receiver unit.

I ordered two Fluorescent Polycarbonate Round Outdoor Bulkhead Wall Lights which were deilvered very quickly. Unfortunately DHL mishandled the package and both fluorecent tubes supplied with the wall lights were broken. I emailed the company and they sent two replacemtn tube out to me the next day. Very happy with the service.

Quick easy delivery and great customer service

My first experience of QVSDirect was perfectly satisfactory. The right product delivered on time.
My second experience was the wrong product delivered on time and I'm still awaiting a replacement which was promised yesterday and still not delivered. However, the person who took my call about the incorrect item delivered could not have been more helpful and apologetic. Win some, lose some!

Excellent, ordered Monday afternoon and received it 9.00am next morning :-). It could be improved with an explanation of what c/w means as neither my husband or I could work it out other than "comes with" but that wasn't correct.
