Fast delivery. Easy to assemble - myself (not a DIY'er at all) and my 11 year old put the hutch and run together in a couple of hours. Rabbits love both! Any questions quickly answered.

I care about rabbit welfare - do you?
The hutches advertised by this company do not meet the minimum space requirements recommended by the Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund. I politely raised this with the company on Facebook and my post was deleted and I was blocked from making further comments. I can only assume the owner does not care about rabbit welfare. If you do, please check out the RWAF website where you will get all the advice you need about how to care for a bunny in the way they deserve. Please remember if you want to bond with your bunny, then you need to show them you care - would you bond with someone who locked you in a small space?

As I stated in my reply to Victoria we do actually have a 6ft hutch in development that conforms with all the requirements of the RWAF. This is due to launch sometime in Spring 2018.
You and your friends are clearly not a fan of our facebook page, that's OK.
If posting/spamming a string of hate comments on our FB page is your version of polite then we hope never to see your angry side. ;)
We agree with the points you've raised in this review. (Although the part about the owner not so much.)
However, you tend to forget that people have a freedom to choose and if someone wants to purchase a 6ft hutch no one is stopping them.
Unfortunately, the fact remains that larger hutches tend to be quite expensive and very much out of some people's price range.
You also assume that anyone buying a hutch that isn't 6ft and over is automatically going to treat their rabbits badly?
From our experience that is not necessarily the case.
It would be ideal if everyone purchased a 6ft hutch from us and hopefully come Spring this will be the case.
Lovely hutch with quick delivery
Ordered on a Tuesday evening. Hutch was despatched on the Friday and arrived on the Monday - can't say fairer than that.
It was the best looking hutch I could find when trauling the internet but nearly didn't buy because the website was so out of date but I'm glad I did. It's a super hutch.
Hubby has just put hutch together and found the instructions easy to follow, it looks great, with lots of features which should make it easy to clean.
All the company need to do is improve their marketing strategy, online presence and avoid sending emails which suggest customers should use amazon instead. Company could be a goldmine with a little work on Facebook and Twitter. Opening the facebook page for reviews would help and linking to an independent review service (like TrustPilot) would be reassuring for potential customers.

My New Rabbit Hutch
I purchased a rabbit hutch on Tuesday. I am so pleased and would 100% recommend this company. My rabbit hutch was delivered 2 days later on the Thursday and it is absolutely brilliant. I am very happy with my purchase and now my 2 rabbits have a mansion as their home! Thank you very much for making my purchase very simple and very quick!

Superb service and excellent product
I was looking to purchase a rabbit hutch from a well know pet store, but they all looked flimsy with very thin wire. For the same sort of price we bought the Balmoral hutch which went together very easily but is very substantial and well built giving our rabbits plenty of room. The option to lock them up into the top section at night means they are secure and warm. The service was excellent and very friendly and we've been back for a folding run already.
