Good product.. Got it for the economy mode and the Van went from 31mpg to 35mpg.. Not tried the performance mode yet..

Ordered a RaceChip, easy to install but it made my car go directly into limp mode. I made a report and they tried to fix it with an update, that didn't work. After that first report I made two more reports and every time they came with an update but my car still went into limp mode. The power of the chip gets reduced every time they try to update it, which defeats the purpose of the product. I have tried to make clear that I still don't have a working product but their customer service is completely ignoring my report. Don't buy from them because they sell products that don't work properly and they treat you like you don't matter.

The delivery was super quick!! The kit is of high quality. I had a bit of trouble installing as I’m a novice but when I called the support team walked me through the process and it was pretty easy
I purchased the full kit with the throttle response ad on too and app connectivity and it’s so easy to use

Had the race chip RS in my 330d for about 2 year now works as described and costumer care and help has been excellent would 100% buy again.The main thing for me is the changeable maps this was the reason I choose this over a remap.

Gave good power increase and torque, no extra miles per gallon.
Be aware free re-map lasts for 2 years only.
And they will not re-map after.
So gotta change your car if you want.

Got my chip delivered this week, the images sent with the product did not match my engine, but made a call in and correct images sent within 10 mins

Had a slight issue where the engine light came on however that was my fault as I missed out one of the steps, once completed correct the difference is so noticeable

As per other reviews, the fact you can not have the chip reprogrammed after 2 years is not made very clear at the time of sale, pretty sure my chip has the same internals as one someone bought today so the excuse that they may be different is just a ploy to get the consumer to fork out more money when any good business would at least check your serial number to see if it is possible to reprogram rather than just blank deny, these guys are losing out on sales and future custom as I would have paid to have it reprogrammed even though was originally told for the original price it came with one free reprogramming. This review is reposted as they seem to have 2 review pages, if you look at the other page you will see their customer service is just generic as they reply the same comment (and probably will do the same to this one) to anyone with the same issue rather than actually looking into the complaint in the first place.
UPDATE - following on from the reply, why hide the 2 year statement behind an icon that most people won’t think to click on as it just looks like a list stating features? Says a lot really! In terms of compatibility checking the serial number would be more beneficial as in my case both cars owned past and present were both on the market at the same time and still are now so i’m sure the circuit boards will still be the same now as opposed to when purchased.

I'm extremely happy with the purchase of my race chip. It's easy to install and has made a massive impact on how my car performs.

I purchased both the stage one chip and throttle tuner (GTR and XLR5), easily installed within the hour and very easy to set up.
On first drive felt impressed by the gains on both and honestly gave new life to an old (2007) Audi TT MK 2 8J, really enjoy driving and can't recommend both of these enough.
My only criticism would be that the separate control unit for the XLR5 is gimmicky, the app is good enough once navigating the profiles between the two and if like me you have to park on a street, could be a reason for the car to be broken into if left inside (as it looks like an apple watch).
To summarise I'd give both 4.5 out of 5, many thanks to all at RaceChip for the excellent products.

Shockingly bad as turn upbroken screen still waiting for replacement , was told it would be repaired .we dont buy new products to have them repaired .... would advise looking else where . Awful 😖

The first thing that struck me was how well made this kit is with fully OEM Wiring Connectors and reasonable cable lengths. These and the very clear vehicle specific fitting instructions made installation a quick and easy job.
I bought this for track use only, although it is clearly road use friendly. It really does do what it says it can do. With 200BHP in an engaging chassis the Giulia Super no slouch but fit the Race Chip and it becomes a completely different animal. Massive increase in torque almost across the whole rev range transform the acceleration and ultimately speeds through the gears. Incredible fun and a brief trip down a motorway also confirms improved fuel consumption by about 10%.

Great products that really work. Both the RaceChip GTS Black and the RaceChip XLR pedal. Communication is always excellent - prompt, easy to understand and informative. I have recently had specific experience of this with Patric Richardson in their Cusotmr Service department and he has been superb in making sure I had the right updates for my vehicle. Highly recommend!

I ordered a Chrysler Crossfire 3.2 RaceChip XLR5 + Controller as soon as RC customer services let me know it was back available for order via their store.
Its night and day transformed my car and I'm over the moon with the quality of product and service.
Top Gun all the way, highly recommend.

I read a lot regarding re-map or plug in performance enhancement and in the end chose Race chip.
What a good choice!, To start with the price was a bargain, the delivery was very fast, packaging was exceptional and installation instructions perfect.
First drive out was no difference to normal but left the setting on number 5 and carried on driving the car.
I did notice that fuel consumption had dropped slightly so disconnected the chip, what a difference. The performance over 400 odd miles driving had crept up on me, the car was so much more responsive, gear change crisper and just a better thing to be in.
CHIP IS BACK ON! Brilliant upgrade for the price.

The product is a scam, does not produce any extra power at all, manipulates very simple parameters which do not impact performance in a meaningful way. Their claim of 40% is a total joke.
I spent a day and a tank of gas trying to sort the performance out, 4 updates, 20 emails and after the car going into limp mode 10 times, I threw in the towel.
Stay clear from these gimmicks, 400 Euro paper weight. Disgusting that they can actually sell stuff like this.
