Absolutely fantastic customer service and great results.

I bought the Racechip GTS on offer (£199.00) thinking I could upgrade to the app version after testing it. Unfortunately I missread this and Bluetooth isn't inside the none upgraded version of the GTS (£50 app upgrade means you get Bluetooth enabled).

The guys at Racechip allowed me to return the item, even after installation to my car. And provided a return label and a prompt refund (to which I bought the upgraded version)

Postage was free for approx. 3/4 day shipping, being from Germany to the UK with everything going on, I can't complain at all.

I drive a 2.2L Honda Civic, and was getting a 41mpg average on motorways. With Racechip I'm getting just over 50mpg average. So yes, this does make a difference to fuel eco, and a notable difference in acceleration!

My GTS for my Isuzu D max arrived on the day they said it would, pictorial fitting instructions were sent via email within minutes of purchase along with written instructions in box

Really happy with my Racechip. I’ve had others before but saw the YouTube video of their green McLaren being test driven by AutoTopNL and his reaction made up my mind.
I’ve gone for the GTS module with the Bluetooth app, brilliant!! Not opened the bonnet since the install.
I can feel a noticeable difference between each map (eco, sport and race) plus you can fine tune each map.
When driving without the chip I had 150ps some power at 2,250rpm then nothing, now at 2,300rpm the power builds and at 3200 it really comes in, makes 4th gear overtaking easy, just ride the torque!!!

I have had two Rachip GTSs over the last two years, first for my BMW 318D sport back in 2018 and the performance increase was great, made the car like the 320D sport. Sold the car with the RaceChip last year.

Just recently bought a VW polo 1.4 GT and decided To RaceChip this one too. Again with the RaceChip GTS it has increased HP by 45 to 195hp. Difference is amazing and so far no issues at all. RaceChip provide a 2 year warranty on your engine which gives you piece of mind.

Would recommend them highly

It does what it says on the box, just don't expect to have super car from a low power vehicle because power increase is noticble but not mind blowing.

A few months ago I bought the racechip XLR padal box, it's been brilliant so I decided to get the GLS tuning box to go with it, I'm so glad I did, it too is brilliant and I can really feel the difference!
After a minor hiccup regarding the location of the connectors, which customer service soon put me right, it was so easy to install.
All in all a superb piece of kit and excellent customer service to boot,

Feel like the power is there then it isn't, it comes and goes which is really annoying hence the 1 star.

Update, engine management light comes on and all power from car is lost, so have to turn off car then start up, I also then fine tune it as the instructions say but then I see hardly any gains (definitely not enough gain for the money you pay)

Racechip installation was a piece of cake to fit, thanks to the excellent instructions supplied with the unit. Iam quite impressed with the extra performance and fuel savings. I'm very pleased with the unit & would recommend Racechip.

Easy fitment, great results. 2 year warranty gives good peace of mind. £250 (on promotion) for an increase in torque of over 25%, and torque is what matters in the real world. Amazing value for money. My little 1.0 TSI Ibiza has now got the torque to upset many businessmen in their 318d tax friendly cars, unless they have a RaceChip too! Bear in mind that as far as I can tell these chips essentially raise boost pressure. So expect a little more lag, but when you put pedal to metal and your turbo comes on boost you're in for a treat! You also get a louder, more pleasant "whoosh" when you come off the throttle because there's more boost to be dumped/recirculated.

Bough the chip, it did absolutely nothing, in fact when I removed the chip a while later, my car seemed to have a much better performance in lower gears.

One year later I bought a new car, and asked for the chip to be reprogramed for the new car (one free reprogramming was included in the original purchase). It took them about a week to respond saying they now have these "new" chips and I have to buy one again, because they cannot reprogram my old chip anymore, and apparently their terms on conditions state that they can refuse to reprogram without stating any reason!

Instead I was offered a discount of £100 for the new chip (which was already £100 more expensive than the old chip I bought). There was also an ongoing promotion that offered a £150 discount to everyone. You would think that a £250 was a pretty decent discount (around 50%), but then I was told I could only use one of the two discounts! Who would ever use the £100 discount which was given as a "goodwill" when there was an ongoing promotion for £150?!
