Racing One Lab Avis 

Racconto in breve la mia esperienza.
Ho acquistato un terminale Mivv il 26 Gennaio 2025 e a distanza di 3 giorni dal mio ordine ancora non ricevevo notizie in merito ad una possibile spedizione. Dunque decido di contattare direttamente il negozio tramite WhatsApp (numero tranquillamente reperibile dal sito) chiedendo novità in merito al mio ordine. Tralasciando i tempi di risposta molto brevi e un approccio estremamente disponibile e comprensivo nei miei confronti, mi viene detto che l'ordine sarebbe stato spedito la settimana dopo. Dopo quasi 7 giorni ricontatto tramite WhatsApp per chiedere eventuali novità e mi viene detto che purtroppo non hanno ricevuto notizie da Mivv , ma che in tempi brevissimi si sarebbero informati per capirci meglio pure loro. Senza che io chiedessi nulla, il proprietario si è proposto di fare il reso immediatamente qualora non avesse ricevuto notizie da Mivv o, in alternativa, inviarmi un terminale equivalente della Arrow. Neanche il giorno dopo , dopo aver contattato direttamente l'azienda Mivv, ricevo la comunicazione direttamente da lui, con la data di spedizione e consegna del terminale.
Resoconto: nei giorni di attesa, ho avuto modo di vedere le recensioni di Racing One Lab e, ho visto alcune recensioni di gente che lamentava tempi infiniti o terminali mai consegnati.. Ho vissuto in prima persona un esperienza simile e non nascondo che ho avuto timore di aver fatto un cattivo acquisto. Mi sono armato di pazienza e fiducia nei confronti di Racing One Lab, anche perchè si sono sempre mostrati estremamente disponibili e molto pazienti. Hanno proposto alternative e soluzioni per cercare di venirmi incontro.. ma alla fine, la pazienza e la fiducia hanno ripagato. Il terminale è arrivato a casa mia, l'ho uscito dalla scatole in perfette condizioni, montato sulla moto e devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal risultato. Quindi si, consiglio RacingOneLab e si, se siete tra quelli che attendono la spedizione da un pò di tempo, abbiate pazienza che purtroppo i tempi non dipendono da loro ma dalle aziende fornitrici.
Ps: il terminale l'ho ricevuto comunque entro i 10-15 giorni canonici indicati nel sito.

Received the Arrow exhaust super fast. Very happy with it.

Although I had ordered the Spark exhaust in September and waited a long time. I finally decided not to wait any longer and switched to the Arrow exhaust and Max replaced it for me, although I was pissed off because Spark kept delaying the delivery and Max kept sending emails and never received a reply. I even sent an email to Spark but they dragged their feet on getting back to me about the delayed delivery. I thought it was the supplier's problem, not Max's, so I don't blame him at all because he has been running a store for over 30 years and his reputation is absolutely fine, and he can't help it if he encounters such a supplier. However, after switching to Arrow, Max received the product very quickly and shipped it to me immediately. It only took 3 days to ship to me. Super fast. That's why I trust RacingOneLab, he tried his best to help me even though I had some difficulties. I am very grateful to him. We should be more patient and communicate more while waiting for the product. I am sure you will get what you want. Believe me, RaceOneLab is not an evil store. They are very trustworthy and worth buying from.

Ho acquistato un silenziatore arrow in titanio x il mio ktm 390 adventure 2023. Oltre al prezzo conveniente ho trovato un venditore affidabile e sempre pronto ad ogni mia richiesta. Il materiale è arrivato in perfette condizioni e nei tempi previsti. È stato montato in circa 40 minuti ed il sound è una favola. Consiglio questo e-buyer per la sua gentilezza e competenza. The most terrible experience I ever had with an online store.

Website stated up to 15 business days delivery for the specified Spark exhaust.
I paid EUR 943,28 same day and have been waiting for it ever since.
I sent emails to them almost every week asking for updates and always received apologies for Spark being slow.
Yesterday 22 Sep, after waiting for 2 months and 22 days (!) I finally gave up and asked for the refund.
In response I received yet another apology and promise to call Spark.
If you were unlucky enough to make an order before reading reviews here and haven’t received it within the specified timeframe please ask for refund right away.
I just hope I can get my money back without contacting their bank.

Update 26 Sep: Got another email from them on Tuesday, they told me the exhaust might be available Mid October. I replied that I don’t want to wait and asked for the refund again. Today is Thursday and no refund received.

Update 26 Sep #2: They told me that they issued the refund and asked me to remove negative review to protect their reputation.

Update 10 Oct: It’s been 10 working days and there’s still no sign of refund. I opened a dispute via my bank, let’s see how it goes.

Update 12 Oct: Received the refund from RaceOneLab.

As a result, my money was frozen for more than 3 months, multiple pointless emails, lost £13 on exchange rate, and still riding with my stock exhaust.

I wish I had ordered it from a reputable distributor in the U.K. instead.

I bought an exhaust for my motorcycle on August 1, and an expected delivery 15/20 business days later. No news the first days and I contacted the seller, who blamed LeoVince for the delay. 45 days later and after 2 failed delivery commitments by the seller, I was forced to make a claim in Paypal to get my payment back. Be extremely careful when buying from this seller.

Anzitutto parto col dire che il personale è stato molto gentile, cordiale e professionale, nonostante abbia comprato online uno scarico per la mia kawasaki.
Sono stati molto veloci e accurati nella spedizione, prestando molta attenzione anche all'imballaggio. Devo dire che mi sono sentita sicura ad acquistare da loro anche perché alla prima domanda che scritto per email, poco dopo ho ricevuto risposta e questa cosa mi ha decisamente tranquillizzata. Se dovessi consigliare o acquistare nuovamente qualcosa per la mia moto, non ho nessun dubbio sul dove comprarla.
Decisamente contenta e soddisfatta.
