From when I ordered my Arrow exhaust to the day it arrived was well over a month. Had to keep chasing by email, which I may add I sent in Italian only to receive the reply in broken English. Have they never heard of Google translate 😂. Kept being promised delivery which then would pass. If your willing to wait for your purchase then order from them. My honest opinion, I would not bother again. They definitely need to work on their customer service ie, make the effort.

Dopo una settimana senza aver notizie della spedizione, allarmato,dalle recensioni negative, ho contattato prontamente la ditta, e ho parlato personalmente con il titolare,
Sig.Massimiliano .
Si è subito scusato per il ritardo, spiegandomi che
l'articolo mancava da mesi, per problemi legati alla produzione dello stesso, ma mi rincuorava del fatto che Upmap avesse ricominciato a distribuire, e che a breve sarebbe arrivato. Se avessi reagito d'impulso, e mi fossi fatto influenzare dalle cattive recensioni..dopo più di 20 giorni, avrei dovuto richiedere il rimborso, ma ho voluto avere fiducia..in più, con un minimo di ricerca capisci se
l'azienda.. è ..una buona azienda
Ho contattato Direttamente Up Map, che ha Confermato alla lettera quanto comunicatomi dal Sig. Massimiliano, e al contempo Confermava che lo stesso fosse un loro rivenditore, e che avesse in ordine il Mio Articolo.
Oggi..03/08/22 l'articolo mi è stato consegnato .
L'ho acquistato ad un prezzo molto competitivo, e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto!!
..pasienza se ho dovuto aspettare.

I had to wait an awful long time for my Shoei helmet. normally the helmet would be shipped within 5 working days. I can understand that something can go wrong with an order or supplier. but don't always keep the customers on the line and just be honest.
always a date was promised and always postponed. finally received my helmet with help of paypal action center after waiting MORE like 1 month.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Normally I'm not the person to write reviews, but for this company I make an exemption.

I ordered a exhaust but nothing gets shipped (we are now 5 weeks later). I tried multiple times to reach out to via telephone, email and whatsapp but don't get called back or any (helpfull) response.

Baseline: DONT THRUST THIS COMPANY! If it was possible to give less than 1 star I did.

EDIT: I see you replied a worthless story as a reply on my message here. It is not true. After this review you finally replied my messages and said DPD lost the package. Now it is "raw materials". You also said I refund your money. Now 1,5 week later, still no money refunded.

Awful company!!! They said that my exhaust link pipe was delivered to their store and it would be posted the next day. Never heard from them again despite emailing them on a number of occasions. Had to open a PayPal case to get my money and they did not even respond to them. Absolute disgrace theft is a criminal offence in every country and they should not be able to trade in this way!!
