Dishonest, false advertising. Avoid. They will try to scam you.
I placed an order for a floor-standing rack cabinet (~£400) through Orion's website, using their Ireland (GBP £) storefront. At checkout, free delivery was displayed and my payment was taken in full. At no point was I shown any surcharge, warning, or notice that delivery to Ireland was chargeable.
Several days later I was emailed to say delivery to Ireland would cost an additional £175 - a 44% surcharge on the order value - and that the order could not be shipped free of charge. When I pointed out that a contract had been formed at the price confirmed at checkout, and that their own website presents an Ireland storefront without surfacing any shipping exclusion, I was told the matter would be passed to a director for response.
Before that response came, Orion unilaterally refunded my order. I was then told the director would still be in touch. Three days on, I have heard nothing further.
The issue here is straightforward: if you operate an Ireland-facing storefront and display free shipping at checkout, customers reasonably expect that price to be honoured. Adding a substantial charge after payment, then cancelling the order when challenged, is not acceptable. I would advise any Irish customer to get written confirmation of delivery costs before ordering.
