It was exactly what we needed, it was described perfectly so we could make the right choices, will certainly be ordering again.
Purchased shelving for my workshop. Made a Massive difference for storage and freeing up space. Nice design/colours now much easier to see stock at a glance. Definitely Recommend as great investment.

Only reason I'm giving a 4 star is…
Only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because I haven't opened the product yet and I know the shelving is 2 pieces. Would have preferred single piece shelf but weigh in the packaging seems good and delivery was next day as advertised. Making room in the garage for it which is a mess but I'm hopeful of upgrading to a 5 star.

On time delivery and shelves as ordered
My shelves were delivered on time and exactly as ordered. I had to Google how to put them together, so a small leaflet in the pack on how to assemble them would have been useful. But very happy overall

Just on the delivery fee - all of our waste bins are dispatched on pallets in order to stop any damage on arrival. We have tried shipping them with other couriers but it was not feasible for us or the customer unfortunately.

Great company, super product.
Found exactly what I needed ( reasonably priced ,sturdy ,freestanding shelving). It was delivered the next day as stated . Fairly easy to put together on my own . Absolutely delighted with the company and product. Highly recommend.

Great product and great service. Product was delivered quickly. Delivery company made an error only delivered one box. Rackzone immediately dispatched a new one and followed up with delivery company themselves. Would highly recommend

Well priced product but quality not…
Well priced product but quality not great. I ordered two identical wall zone organisers. When I unpacked them both were slightly different colours, obviously from a different batch. Something I can live with so I didn't bother trying to send them back.
Some of the hooks fit very loosely so the tabs need a bit of adjustment to stop them falling off when you remove a tool. Overall the quality of manufacture is not great in my view.

Straightforward and no hassle experience
Ordered over Christmas online, clearly had stated they wouldnt be shipping until they return to work on the 5th January after the new year, my order was delivered on the 6th, no issues, delivery crew friendly and helpful. Overall straightforward experience and no complaints so I recommend.
