Great care was taken in the installation of electrical equipment following consideration of my requirements. The roof of the equipment housing cabinet and the base met my requirement for the cabinet to blend into the appearance of the house. All workers were respectful and well trained and carried out tasks thoroughly. Commissioning was carried out satisfactorily with no "glitches". Some minor, but to me significant communication issues arose.

When Johnny came to give the quote everything was explained fully, then followed by a email with all information required. The installation was done in 2 days with hardly any disruption. We are very pleased with everything.

I have engaged Radiance twice in the last 3 months. I had already done some investigation into a house battery but Radiance help confirm what would be good for my home and set of circumstances. The quote was very competitive and the service was second to none. Prompt, organised, professional and a great finished item. I was so impressed I bought an electric vehicle smart charger on the spot and because they had them on stock it was fitted the same day. The installation was carried out under trying time constraints with extreme weather coming in and at very low temperatures. The installation looks amazing with the integrated panels.

We were very happy with the installation of solar panels and associated equipment at our property by Radiance Renewable Energy Solutions. Although there were problems in the supply chain which led to delays, we were kept well informed and any work which could be done in advance was arranged so that the job could be completed on installation day. Stuart and Jonny were always pleasant and helpful, and spent time answering our questions and making sure we got the system which fitted our requirements. I would not hesitate in recommending Radiance to anyone who is thinking of having solar panels installed.

Despite unforseen issues with roofer being unavailable they put in all the hours under the Sun to get panels installed with minimal delay. There was an early life issue, which
