I do not live in in Ireland and my purchase was done over the phone with a lovely lady called Joanne she could not have done anything more and made my shopping experience a real pleasure she was so helpful and went out of her way to accommodate everything I needed. I will certainly know who to phone when I need anything else from radley and wouldn’t hesitate to let Joanne take care of what I need or what I’m looking for she gave me her honest opinion and I didn’t hesitate in buying based on her opinion.I ordered 4 items in the end including a bag the delivery was fast and straight forward couldn’t have wished for a better shopping experience thank you Joanne for making it so much easier.

I have returned the bag as wasn't good value for money. I await refund for this over £200.00 bag.

Came in a few times for gifts for Christmas and the staff was always very helpful and was able to guide me to the product that I wanted.
A wee girl I think was called Esther helped me everytime and went above and beyond to help
