Amazing customer service!!
Street is my local Radley and I love shopping there. All the staff are so helpful and go above and beyond to help me. I have become friends with all of them and pop in even if I'm not shopping for a bag. I think the manager is called Tina and I give credit where credit is due!!

The doggy orange backpack went all around Australia with me and was very useful. Great capacity in the bag and light on my back.
Unfortunately the matching umbrella turned inside out on the first use and clearly is not very robust.
