The girls/ladies are amazing

The girls/ladies are amazing. Their customer care is exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. They are happy to answer all questions no matter how random and if on odd occasion not sure they will search for the answer. They go above and beyond for every transaction and happily provide more pictures of an item and dimensions.
They are a true asset.

The best customer service

There is a great range of products available. Some absolutely bargains to be had. Love the flash sales. The thing that makes this a shopping experience that stands head and shoulders above other is the consistently exceptional level of customer service. It's just faultless. Whether dealing with general enquiries or a purchase, this team are always warm and friendly whilst remaining polite and professional. They respond really quickly, items are dispatched so fast too. I've bought a fair few things from them now and have always found the service to be 5*.

I have used this service on several occasions and the service they give is amazing. They go out of their way to help you and are extremely efficient. The offers are great too and items often cheaper than on the main Radley site. Thank you so much! Definitely 100% recommend using.

Radley’s customer service is second to none - really friendly, accessible, and they go out of their way to find answers to queries (and products that appear otherwise out of stock!).

The purchase and delivery were smooth…

The purchase and delivery were smooth and timely. However, when contacting the customer care team, my reply took 3 days by which time it was too late to fix the issue. Dpd were able to fix it however ensuring the delivery arrive to the correct address

I emailed them within 30 mins of…

I emailed them within 30 mins of placing my online order to cancel,, read my email and did nothing and disdpatched the order 5 days later. Didnt even bother responding to my email. im so annoyed. waste of time. Now i have to return.

Radley Virtual Store - friendly and excellent customer service

Ordered from Radley Virtual Store twice in the last month. Extensive catalogue online, friendly service and quick to respond to questions via WhatsApp. Quick dispatch of order, they use DPD courier and you get sent a tracking link. Would recommend, especially if you can't get to a physical store.

Stunning Shearling Chancery Bag

After watching Amanda Wakeley a couple of weeks ago interview Fernando Iglesias on Friday night fashion I had to order the new Chancery Shearling bag. I just had it delivered by FedEx in America and it is absolutely fabulous. No one would believe it was a £299 bag. The finishes and workmanship look to be of the same caliber as my very high end bags. I would also like to mention the great staff at the Covent Garden shop. I was in London a couple of weeks ago visiting my family and bought a few things for my relatives and their customer service skills were exemplary. Next I will be buying the Raffia Chancery that comes out in 2026. As a Londoner living in America please distribute your sheepskin slippers and loafers in America.

Excellent product, chronically bad packaging.

Excellent product. 5 stars.
Absolute rubbish packaging...flimsy box all ripped to pieces, held together with sticky repair tape. Lucky for Radley, the product was unscathed....you really must do better., hence 1 star.

I'm disappointed no protection bags…

I'm disappointed no protection bags anymore, no Radley dog tag and strap not attached when only 1 strap don't get it.
All these missing but bags still same price shocking

Excellent customer service

I enquired about a bag on WhatsApp that I wanted, my local store didn't have it in stock but the virtual store did, I ordered it (it was cheaper than stated) and it arrived the very next morning, I then decided I would like the same bag but abit bigger, so ordered it and again received it the very next day, they organised to pick up the smaller bag at a convenient time
From start to finish I was kept informed via WhatsApp

Nice designed bag with imperfections.

Nice designed bag, tiny spot of glue on the front picture panel made me feel not 100% satisfied with it , but I felt it was hassle to return and I couldn't guarantee that the bag hadn't sold out, hence I've kept it.
