I ordered a pair of cream Bliss Cresent slingback shoes. They arrived the very next day, they are absolutely beautiful! The leather is so soft, the gold Radley signature hardware elevates them from day to evening. The block heel is perfect in height and very comfortable, they are smart and very dressy, perfect for any occasion. I'm so very pleased with them. The packaging and presentation in the box was pristine! Thank you for such excellent products and service.

I ordered a bag and found out the…
I ordered a bag and found out the following day that the price has been reduced,. I am happy to keep the bag but obviously at the new price. When speaking to someone I was told that Radley would compensate me with the difference in price. It was mentioned at the time, that I could choose another if I would like to. Please could you advise what I should do now, Thanks

terrible customer service and shipping practices, but the bag is great.
I love the bag. Well made. The first bag I ordered came and whoever zipped it up, zipped up the zipper with the interior stuffing so you couldn’t open it. I then return the bag and bought another one. It said the order had been canceled so then I placed another order for the same back And then received two bags and was charged for two bags so I bought three bags total and returned to I am being charged again instead of refunded for one of the two return bags. I have confirmation of receipt by their warehouse facility. I received a refund from the first defective bag and just want the second bag that they sent me that I thought it was a canceled order to be refunded also instead of taking additional money out of my account.

All the Staff in York outlet are fantastically helpful. Jackie, Chanel, all of you. Helping me choose a bag for work and to fit my ipad in for travelling.
Every time I have been in they can’t do enough to help.
The younger staff are polite and have been trained well. All credit to the team. Well done.
