My partner won £1000 of £100 on this site and has been sending all the required documents for 5 days. They say a manager can not call back until 5 working days. She keeps getting the same robot response as it’s all through a live chat. They say they are dealing with 1000 of costumers and she is put again to the back of the que. they do not want to help and I do worry if they will ever pay. If they pay I will change this review to 5 stars as all my partner wants is her winnings but has anyone else here had this issue and she is just looking for help to get her money.

Would write a zero star review if possible,my son who is only 13 and autistic and struggles with sleep someone managed to deposit £412 out of my bank and played it all, didn’t realise what he was doing and wiped out my bank account and rainbow riches are not willing to refund even tho it was a minor, also had my mimut set to £100 so would love to know how he managed to deposit the £412 should of stopped him at £100, definitely taking this further

If I could rate them a zero I would. Awful awful company, avoid using them unless you want to be ripped off. They don’t stick to deposit limits, try and promote safe gambling on their site but literally do not care.
