Absolute joke. Won money and withdrew it and then they closed my account and cancelled my withdrawals. Contacted customer support and all they said was “your account has been closed permantley, we can’t help”. They steal your money. Stay away!! !

This is a sister site of Virgin Games so that should say it all, promotions are a lot of rubbish I always play the requirement but never won any of the weekly draws, not sour grapes I know you can’t win all the time but would be nice to get a freebie just once.

The promotional offer activated while I had just put £4 into a game. Other sites you can accept it and stack the extra tickets into the game. This site refreshed me to the lobby. I went back in and there was 0 tickets for the game when I had just got £4 worth. I dispute it and obviously the backfile under "My account" says it was wagered. Useless site. I've had plenty others work properly so have to give a low review here as I am not convinced I was in it to win it on that occasion! ANNOYED

iv never had a broblem with withdrawals always gone in 24 hours they gave me a free credit bonus £64 recently after not use there site for long time i wagered the amount & withdrew without even deposit on there site they paid following day they definitely fair wot I will say is the bonuses do lack and big wins think this site

Scam company be careful they let you deposit however much you want but when it comes to withdrawal they have an issue with everything, they have blocked my account but to withdraw my winnings they are telling me to login to change withdrawal method so I can’t login despicable people

Well I didn’t win a lot but just out of curiosity I withdrew £20. It was in my bank straight away so really good. But had 10 lots of sess bingo £37.50 never won a pound. So I’m sceptical at the moment with reading these bad reviews but I’ll keep going as it looks a grand site to me . Ty m cornforth
