Great Company with good communication nothing was a problem.
I bought a conservation window which was of such high quality and so simple to fit with all the supplied parts even a roll of lead for the front apron

Great product that was easy to fit (even though i am an amateur).
I ordered slightly the wrong products and the team was really helpful in sorting returns / sending correct bits promptly.

Not a good company
Not a good company
The fittings they supplied didn't work.
Even the screws they supplied didn't fit thro' the fixing holes
Because I advised outside their 14 day period they refused to do anything about it even though they weren't fit for purpose.
