Absolutely deplorable place to work. Beware of the poison dwarf supervisor when working on line one. Shocking and very unprofessional behaviour when staff make some errors which is hardly surprising considering no guidance or training is provided, then is quick to pick fault & get in a strop. Doesn’t speak any English and was very rude. Was quite entertaining to watch to be honest. Speak to someone about it, they just don’t care. Some staff were very friendly and helpful, however, staff being spoken to like they are school children is ridiculous. The production comes through way too fast, so of course the efficiency and the tasks are not going to reach their unrealistic expectation, stating that staff cant count out 24 packs that they need to package, that the packaging thats getting boxed isnt clean enough, maybe look at the volume and rate that the production comes through, alter it and perhaps you will see a difference…..I wonder if Matey 👇 is still ‘embracing the chaos’ 😆😆🙌 I will never return. Glad I’m gone

worked at your company for a month, always diligently and responsibly. Unfortunately, the team leader, Anna Lica, who appears to have emotional issues, constantly shouted and used offensive language towards staff.

I kindly ask that you review the recording from last Saturday or Sunday on Line 1, where she was aggressively waving a stick. She clearly disliked me, despite the fact that I had done nothing to her. I was not dismissed due to my performance, but rather because she did not like me.

It is deeply disturbing how she treats people there — as if they were worthless. Such behaviour, in my opinion, should be subject to legal scrutiny. I have never encountered anything like this before, and I am seriously considering reporting the matter to ACAS (The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service).

Unreliable company. Poor service. Look somewhere else.

The company Rain Nutrience threat their employees with wrong attitude.There is an one man meneger Mark who act very unfair for people who work hard and do job with responsibility.I understand that someone maybe not speak fluent English but that is not a reason to get fired...that is unfair dismissal.I not talk about me...in company is the policy if you start arguing about something that menegment will fin any reason to fire you.I started was friendly meneger but Mark is not in employees side.I not recommend to work there because you can get fired with no reason and no explanation.
