Auction site is good enough. Payment is easy. Delivery is excellent. Quality is very good and Out of 150 items I have received only a tiny percentage are sub standard or slightly damaged.

Product arrived, communication not great
Bought a racket on the 28th of November and it arrived the 14th of December 2024. Although, the process wasn't that easy as you might expect and the communication wasn't great at all. Item eventually arrived and everybody is happy but I would have expected some replies to my 10 emails if no more.

Reliable and efficient auction house
I have bought a number of auction lots from Ramco and found them to be a reliable vendor on all fronts and can recommend them to others. The items sold are accurately depicted with photos of the actual items, not stock pictures, and I have had no issues with quality and reliability of items bought. Their sales processing is quick and efficient and items are despatched very quickly at reasonable postage rates. Packaging is high quality and items are well packed.
