Excellent service by Adam. I had to have my fuel drained as following surgery l had not driven the car for over 6 months. Adam offered sound advice attended in 1 hour and drained the tank, flushed all the fuel lines and put some new petrol in. Very efficient and reliable with competitive rates.

Adam came out to me after I put the wrong fuel in my car.
He explained everything he was doing and went above and beyond to make sure there was no damage to my motor.
I’m so glad I didn’t just accept the price given by the breakdown company I’m with as he was by far cheaper.
He even put up with my two kids asking a million questions .

Adam provided a splendid service. Great telephone manner, succinct and knowledgeable about mixing fuels. Do NOT start your engine. He kept me informed the whole time. Adam travels significant distances between jobs. Circumstances allowed him to put me first in the queue. He arrived on time 40 to 45 mins from first call, let me know by text when he was 10 mins from arrival time, took 15 mins more to extract mixed fuels, cost was exactly as advertised plus vat, and the van and kit were in superb condition and looking like new. Has many years experience in this particular trade so lifted my spirits immediately with the words "no problem". A third party suggested I could dilute the mixture by adding diesel on top of 14 litres of petrol. Both Adam and Sainsbury's staff at Winterstoke Road, Bristol said otherwise. Do not start your engine. Next appointments were in North Bristol, then Bude so take this into account when deciding value for money.

Fantastic service: Adam was very prompt & efficient and kept us informed of his ETA. He drained our tank when we accidentally put petrol instead of diesel in it on the Sunday between Christmas & New Year. He was a pleasure to deal with, and had us back on the road again before too long.

Thank you Adam, you were my Knight in a Shiny sliver van today, after I stupidly put petrol in my diesel car. Not just a little bit but 30lts. On what has to be one of the coldest morning you kindly let me sit in your warm van while you sorted out my mistake and I was back on the road very quickly and off on my way to work.

Our son put diesel in our petrol car the night before Christmas. Adam came and meet us roadside despite it being 1.30am. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Full drain of the tank and up and running within 30 minutes. Hopefully I will never see him again but if in the same situation again, would certainly use him. Highly recommended

Adam is friendly, professional and cheerful, even at midnight. Arrived when he said he would and fixed within an hour.

Accidentally put a little AdBlue in my diesel tank . Luckily did not switch on engine . Called a few different options including RAC who would not touch it. Tried a few different local garages likewise . Found Adam at Rapid Fuel rescue and found him very knowledgable and efficient . Immediate response and had all the right kit and knowledge to fix the issue : Highly recommended . . Even a small amount of AdBlue in your fuel tank can ruin the engine .

Adam was professional, polite and helpful, no pressure either. I thought I had mixed the fuel but it turned out the booster pipe had come off 2 miles after fuelling. Adam could have emptied the tank anyway but he tested it and he realised it was something else. He plugged in the code reader and it pointed to the booster pipe - took a look and it had come loose so he reattached it and explained how it worked and why that had probably happened (now booked into the garage). Charged me a reasonable call out fee, which I didn't mind at all. Cheaper, faster and better than fuel fixer, who I had previously used. 100% recommended.

Putting the wrong fuel into our car could have meant a number of appointments missed - one of them medical. But the company responded very quickly and the issue was sorted within a very short period of time. Highly recommended.

So i did the obvious and put uneladed in my diesel tank, I called Adam not really knowing the process, but adam was quick to give me at ETA and when he arrived he was such a friendly guy and put my mind at ease. He explained every part of the process and got me back on the road in no time!

Well, where do I start. Being now one of 3% of people, I put leaded into a diesel car. Didn't get very far but three young men pushed my car to a safe place.
