Please note; There is no colour correlation between a mineral render colour and an acrylic binder paint so any colour matching will be a nearest match. Always conduct a trial sample area first to check the colour meets your needs Suitable base coat renders PAREXDIRECT and PAREXTHERM render systems In situ and pre-formed concrete Parex profiles Unsuitable for: Cracked or glazed substrates Old flexible acrylic covering materials Acrylic binder paint specially designed for new and existing building façades with excellent coverage Can be used pure or diluted with water Final appearance: smooth, matt Preparation Substrates must be clean, dry, and free from dust and dirt Remove all loose, flaking and powdery elements According to their nature and condition, substrates may need to be cleaned by sandblasting, brushing, sanding or highpressure water For renovation work, remove all traces of dirt, paint and old covering materials In the event of organic pollution, substrates must be thoroughly cleaned with MOULD BUSTER Prime the substrate with a base coat of CRYLANE diluted with 10-15% water Thoroughly mix the product in the bucket until it is of an even consistency. Equipment: Long-hair roller Brush Clean tools with water after use Application Using a brush or roller, apply one or two coats of CRYLANE to the primed surface On rough surfaces (e.g. sprayed render) dilute CRYLANE with 5% water to ease application If diluting always ensure the exact amount of water is added to each diluted container. Do not mix diluted and undiluted paint on the same or adjacent elevations as a colour difference will be seen Always maintain a wet edge and work to corners and joints Subject to weather conditions, CRYLANE will be touch-dry in ± 6 hours and can be covered after approximately 24 hours at + 20°C and 65% relative humidity 24 hours under normal conditions High humidity and low temperatures extend drying time Water soluble prior to drying Coverage These values are provided as guidance only and may vary subject to substrate conditions and method of application. 0.3 kg per m² per coat on a flat substrate, or per bucket as follows: 5kg Container – 15 - 18m² 20kg Container – 60 - 70m² Spray applications will provide approx 20% increased coverage For best colour consistency use the same batch numbers within a wall section. Limitations Product intended for professional use Do not apply to a frozen substrate, where there is a risk of frost or rain, on wet substrates, in rain or foggy weather, if there is a strong, hot and dry wind or onto overheated substrates Temperature range: +5°C to + 30ºC Protect surfaces and exposed areas from rain during and immediately after application Apply protection to all adjacent surfaces and exposed areas prior to application and leave in place until the material has fully cured PLEASE NOTE: The same colours in a different Parex product may vary if placed next to this finish. In order to reduce the risk of colour differences after drying, always use the same batch number for the same façade. When applying paint to a textured render it may change the appearance of the texture
