I purchased 5 litres of Sika SikaBond…
I purchased 5 litres of Sika SikaBond SBR bonding agent.
I had a question regarding the mix ratio of cement and bonding agent, which I found confusing.
I rang Rawlings Paint, hopefully to seek advice and clarification. I asked the operator to connect me with someone who could offer that advice, but I was immediately cut off. Thinking that this was a mistake, I rang again, asked the same question, and was cut off again. This was no mistake; it was deliberate, and the operator wasn't even prepared to help. JUST CUT OFF.
If this is the service that Rawlins Paint offers, I would suggest a customer training program for the operator. Extremely rude.

So smart and clean
The paint was delivered promptly. We prepared the old concrete surface well to remove any loose dust and dirt but it still looked pretty grubby. When we painted the concrete the coverage was great. The paint was easy to apply. We put on two coats overall and three in some places. Several weeks later the paint still looks pristine and has completely changed the look of the house.

Good all round experience
We ordered the coloured Zinsser from Rawlings Paints on Saturday 8th August and received delivery on Tuesday 11th August as projected when confirming order online.

We're sorry to hear the sample wasn't what you expected, Karen. The dimensions are listed on the product page to help customers choose the right option before ordering. We also offer larger A5-sized colour sheets in RAL 5019, which may be more suitable for your needs.
