Raw Made Simple Avis 

I'm extremely impressed with this company. Their communication is excellent, and my food is consistently delivered tight on time-often as quickly as the very next day, which is simply outstanding.

My German shepherd is a very fussy eater but loves Raw made simple food. I gave 4 stars as I was given £5 coupon but could not take it off. I did email but haven't had a response.

Customer Service is second to none, the best I have ever encountered. Kay's comms are excellent, and she LISTENS. We have had courier dramas, but hopefully all sorted now, thanks to Kay.

My two collies love this food. They wait to get their breakfast in the morning. I do mix it with a low protein kibble to give them a bit of crunch which helps to fill them up. Raw alone does not seem to satisfy their hunger I would like some more guidance from RAW MADE SIMPLE on the best way to feed. I always worry if they are getting enough food. Apart from that little problem 10 out of 10.

Been using this subscription service for a few months now and so happy! Dogs absolutely love it even my fussy Staff and bowls are always licked clean. The customer service is brilliant and got a personal family feel with quick responses and friendly assistance over WhatsApp even during the Xmas period. Highly recommend

Absolutely unbelievable experience.i thought dogs order hadn’t arrived. But I was given the wrong date from my friend. I reluctantly rang raw made simple on Boxing Day thinking I would leave a message but a lady answered and was so so helpful. Told me the date the order was coming and told me what to feed dogs if I ever ran out of food. Her patience and kindness was priceless. She was lovely and helpful . We have two large dogs and feeding them raw means we need a lot of freezer space. This can be a challenge at Christmas time but Raw Made Simple come to the rescue. A quick chat on WhatsApp to coordinate our fortnightly delivery around the holiday times and we can be sure we won't run out and our dogs won't go hungry!

The dogs love the food coming from "high quality" kibble that they would take or leave. Now the food is in their bowls for 30 seconds max with them bouncing around until they are allowed to have it.
The company is very easy to deal with and we are in contact re. deliveries etc quite often. The most recent message on WhatsApp was to check we had enough food over the Christmas period.
We have been sourcing food from Raw Made Simple for about 6 months now (maybe a bit longer?) and
I can thoroughly recommend them.

I have bought from the this company on a number of occasions and can honestly say they are a great company to deal with. Every time I've ordered its been delivered on time. always well packed. I've also spoken with Maggie and Kay through whatapp regarding my dogs well being and other general inquiries and they have always replied in a timely manner.

Not sure how long been using this brand but it has saved us.
Our dog started on biscuits, he ended up having lots of health issues related to it. Due to high prices we were reluctant to go raw until we saw raw made simple - fair prices, bundle discounts and offers - subscriptions help a lot as I’m always forgetting to order the food but their quick delivery dates would make sure I would still have food even next day sometimes. We honestly wouldn’t ever change brand or go back to biscuits. Our dog is currently the most healthiest he has ever been.

Side note - I think the customer service is great- you can talk on WhatsApp and any issues you can just pop up. So much easier than calling and emailing very good services! You can tell they love what they do! Happy employee’s mean happy customers 🫶🏼
