Helpful/Good
Plan during the store I was greeted. Everything was great from there. On questions were answered. It was a good experience.

Not delivered as promised
I was assured my purchase could be delivered the next day as long as I ordered something that was in stock. I ordered, it was in stock, I was reassured it would be delivered next day, and it WAS NOT.
She was very friendly
She was very friendly. We did not feel any pressure to purchase anything. She also was very knowledgeable in the product we purchased.
Took my vision and found what I was looking for
The salesman noted what I was looking for and guided me to the pieces that matched my vision. I felt no pressure to buy. When we located the furniture I envisioned, I was happy to make the purchase.

I was looking for a very specific mattress. I had done my homework online so I needed to understand a couple of tings and "test drive" the product.
Darren was very helpful, he patiently explained the differences between products and did not try to push me in any direction. I tested 4 different mattresses, made my decision, he wrote it up, I picked a delivery date and... we shall see.
Great consultants
Me and my husband had a great experience at Raymour and Flanagan our consultant Brian Detoma was great to work with not pushy at all very knowledgeable and patient and kind gave us space to look around but was there if we had any questions very nice selection of furniture we did shop around a lot and we found the most value for our money there we are excited to get our new couches delivered.
Our sales lady
Our sales lady, Camila, was excellent. She was so helpful and she let us discuss things among ourselves. A true gem!!! And when we go back to get other furniture that we need, we will go to her.

Opposite of Customer Care
After choosing a very soft, cozy couch in the store, I was shocked when I received a rock hard couch that felt like I was sitting on cement. I went into the store the next day to look at that same couch again and was met by such a rude man who "dressed the part" but forgot what matters most is how you treat people, not if your tie matches. I asked what the return policy was and he abruptly told me there is NO return unless damaged. I walked over to the couch I THOUGHT I bought, which again was soft and very cozy. He went on to tell me that it has been there for 5 years and it is very broken in!
I asked why there was no mention to me at time or purchase and he again abruptly stated "I don't know who your salesperson was". I replied, don't you all go through same training? Would you have told me?
He had zero interest in helping me solve a problem. And had he responded with something like, I'm so sorry you were misled, and actually acted like he cared, like it mattered at all, I would have felt a little better. I mentioned that this store always tries to throw BOB'S FURNITURE (right down the road) under bus, by acting like they are less than. But he just replied "we aren't Bob's". I KNOW .. because they treat people with respect and kindness and I actually have returned a couch from there years ago when it just didn't look right in my space and they asked no questions, just took it back and I happily bought something else with them. THAT is how you treat customers.
I don't know what got into me walking into this store. I should have driven just a mile down the road and avoided this disrespect and ROCK HARD couch completely.
Oh well, I guess my couch will be nice in 5 YEARS!!!
Steer clear, it's basically bait and switch.

Darren was amazing. He showed us everything available and gave us some space to make our decision. He answered a ton of questions and was very knowledgeable. He made the process very easy.
