Worst customer service experience I’ve…

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the single worst customer service experience I have ever endured. Trying to get a straight answer out of this company is impossible. Every person I was transferred to spun a different story and couldn't even provide basic information. Instead of actually doing their jobs, they string you along with false promises of follow-up calls that never happen. Their communication is non-existent, and their customer support is a joke. Save yourself the massive headache and take your business elsewhere. Avoid cherry hill location 1000%

Don't trust the warranty

In Feb 2026, I purchased a pillow top mattress, unfortunately it was too soft. I spoke to store salesman "J" and was informed that I could take advantage of the "comfort guarantee," return the mattress and purchase another of my choice. I therefore purchased a Beautyrest Series 1 and paid an additional $1,000.00, totaling over $ 3,000.00. When the new mattress arrived, to my disappointment, the mattress appeared flimsy and not like a new mattress. I immediately sat on the bed and noticed it was so soft and too low, I commented to the delivery guys, there had to be a mistake! It looked like an old mattress that was being passed off as new. When you sit on it, there is absolutely no edge guard, you feel like you are sliding off the bed. As if, the mattress had years of wear and tear causing the edge support to diminish. In total frustration, I revisited Raymour and Flanigan and spoke to the manager "A", who insisted the mattress was new and there was nothing he could do to help me, plain and simple I am struck with this old worn mattress. It has been a few weeks sleeping on this mattress, it is very uncomfortable, extremely, soft and unusually low. I have never experienced such a disappointment in a product that supposed to promote a good night's rest; a place we run to at the end of a long day, expecting to find comfort, to only end up dreading to go to sleep at night. Sadly, my husband has issues with his back and sleeping on this mattress is exacerbating the problem. Buyers Beware!! I am convinced that RNF are selling used mattresses and calling them new comfort warranty replacements.

Simple, non-pushy and stress-free mattress purchase

Hans was one of the most personable, non-pushy sales people I have met in a long time. No wonder he is part of the Presidents club.
Walked in with an idea of the type of mattress that we wanted, he showed us the nectars, explaining the differences. He gave us pillow covers to try them out and then matched the price online. A simple and non-stressful transaction.

I bought furniture from them before and they’re prompt right on time. Great delivery get the white glove delivery at high-quality furniture great prices. I just purchased a queen size mattress orthopedic Sealy on sale for memorial day

We visited a week ago and came back to…

We visited a week ago and came back to order a table and 2 chairs. Hans was very helpful and the transaction took just 5 mins to complete. He was very nice to work with. There is a great selection at Raymour and Flanagan.

Customer Service

I contacted customer service via Chat and Hans from Cherry Hill assisted me. I had a coupon that was not working and Hans assisted me. He was so helpful that it made my purchase easy and quick.

Poor customer service

I purchased two sofas and one large ottoman. The store delivered the ottoman in the wrong fabric. They ordered the correct ottoman and suggested that I keep the furniture until the correct ottoman was delivered. The salesman told me that it would take 8-10 weeks, which was acceptable to me. Eight days later, my salesman informed me that the large ottoman in my fabric was discontinued, and I could either return the incorrect ottoman or purchase one half of the size for the same price as the much larger ottoman. Neither of these options work for the space. Two of the smaller ottomans could possibly work, but they cost double the price of my original order. My salesman and his store manager were not willing to compromise and they offer no reasonable options. I’m very disappointed in Raymour and Flanigan’s customer service.

We went looking for a living room set…

We went looking for a living room set with a non- negotiables. Our salesman did an awesome job showing us options and offering ideas to make it happen for us. It was a great experience and we were happy that we got what we wanted at a great price.
