I liked the array of choices

I liked the array of choices for my living room and Jared was professional, courteous and not pushy at trying to sell me the furniture he provided me with information that I needed to make my decision and that’s the reason I went back. Unlike at Ashley’s were they pretty much forced me to make an appointment.

One out of 2 is not bad

Our salesperson, Helen, was very helpful and not pushy. The cashiers were not customer centric and did not seem interested in the waiting customers.

Worst service

Worst service. Instructions not followed, calls not attended to even understand what the issue was, no follow up calls to voicemail, no response to emails. They suddenly send someone to just clean the furniture without know the problem.

First of all

First of all, thank you for your reply.

However, I must be clear that I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the overall experience. This has been one of the worst customer service situations I have encountered.

As of today, I am still owed a $1,049 credit, which has not been resolved.

Additionally, the furniture delivered has been of very poor quality. The table I received began falling apart within just a couple of weeks, which is completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard.

I am genuinely surprised that customers are still walking into your showroom and making purchases given the level of service and product quality I have experienced. From customer relations, to front desk support, to management, this experience has been consistently disappointing.

I declined the extended warranty, as my experience so far has given me no confidence in the value or reliability of your products or services.

You have lost a loyal customer. I will also be sharing my experience with others, as word-of-mouth matters—satisfied customers may refer a few people, but negative experiences are often shared with many more.

I am requesting immediate action to resolve the outstanding $1,049 credit. If this matter is not handled promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further and continue sharing my experience publicly.

I expect a prompt and professional resolution.

Beware stay away from this company do not purchase any warranty

Purchased the crib and dresser from the…

Purchased the crib and dresser from the Bella set last October (3 months ago). They delivered the crib but for three months now keep delaying the delivery for the dresser. They provide no pro-active communication and whenever we call, they just keep saying it’ll come soon. They seem happy to have our money but no customer service whatsoever. Incredibly bad experience.

3 months later: Update, now 4th month and still awaiting full refund. No furniture and Holding my $$$

3 months later: No furniture. NO $$$$ back!
I paid the full purchase price of $1500 for a
dresser and bedside table and mirror at the Raymour & Flanigan store in Fairfield NJ on November 8, 2025.
I must say the salesman Arnaldo Roa has been extremely professional and tried to help me get my money back.

When I bought the furniture, it was to be held until I closed on an apartment and moved, sometime in December. I was shocked to get a call on December 4 that the delivery truck was at my future address. I quickly called the store and they had the truck return to Elizabeth until the correct delivery was setup. A few weeks later, I called my salesman to set up the delivery. A couple hours later he called and said that the furniture was dropped and extensively damaged on December 4. None of the 43 US Raymour & Flanigan stores had the merchandise and the maker had shut down production of it. I should have been alerted that the furniture no longer existed and my refund should have been started on December 4.
Instead, today is January 8, 2026 and I've been waiting for 60 days.

I have reached out to customer service several times, with no resolution. All I want is my MONEY back.

Update: It's now February 10th and I still have not received all my money! AVOID this store! Sales persons are good but customer service is horrible.

Sales person was very thoughtful for…

Sales person was very thoughtful for letting me be with my friend in discussing all possible thoughts for the piece of furniture I was interested in buying. We must have been there sitting across from the unit of furniture just talking pros and cons, more pros. I want to personally again Thank Henry for having patients and consideration in my long decision in purchasing. I have had good experience through the last few years in choosing Raymour Flanigan as my choice in purchasing furniture . Thank You! Dianne Fritz
