Raymour & Flanigan - Patchogue Avis 

If I could give zero stars that would be appropriate. I wish I could speak to someone to file a complaint. It seems that you cannot and the store, I’m surprised is still open or others haven’t filed a complaint. It took 7 receipts, 4 store visits, hours in the store & lost time from work and still I’m pending my 3rd delivery just to buy living room furniture.
Management does not care, doesn’t adjust the bill, just smiles with a sarcastic attitude and this is ok? I’ve never seen anything like the service in this store. I would not recommend.

Found and purchased exactly what we wanted. Pleasure experience and Steffanie Markinson was wonderful.

I just had a hip replacement and was in need of assistance with sitting and standing. My wife went to the Patchogue location and the woman in the department couldn't have been nicer. She went over the options of the different reclining chairs with lift assist. Never pushy, never pressing for a sale, and also allowed for my wife to go back and forth on the different options and call me. It was a great experience, and the chair has been valuable in my hip surgery recovery.

My salesperson, Stephanie, was awesome. She was patient, and did not try to oversell. I went back a second time especially for her.

I enjoyed my experience at the store. The salesman Charles Puma was outstanding. He listened to us and asked the proper questions. He was warm, nice, and funny. He show us about 4 couches and then we decided on the first one. He suggested a payment plan which was an excellent suggestion. Most importantly he had patience. I have been in the store before and sometimes the salespeople make us feel uncomfortable. Not this time. Charles needs to be a role model for the rest.

Naomi (hope I Spelled it correctly) was my sales person. This has been the second time she has helped me. I can’t say enough about her expertise in every question I asked her. She has a lovely personality, never pushy, always listens to what you are describing what you want. She made my shopping experience so simple, looking for a new mattress and foundation is not an easy task. I left feeling happy with my new mattress plus a new bed and nightstand. I will definitely ask for Naomi again when the time comes for something new! Thanks Naomi!

Her professionalism, patience, in-depth product knowledge, and genuine attentiveness made the entire furniture-buying process smooth and enjoyable. Going in on a tuesday morning allowed us time to spend with the salesperson Charlie looking for a recliner. Nice selection with differnet functions and materials. Made a choice and arranged delivery when it was convenient for us. A completely favorable experience
