No one was at the service center
We drove to the service center today, as it said my order would be available for pick up. I even called to check the hours which stated they were open sundays til 4:30. We were there around 2:30 and no one was at the office. Tried to call and no one picked up. Now I have to make another trip with a truck I borrowed from a friend

Item not available as promised
I was given the date of 12/30/24 to pick my item up at the Poughkeepsie store. I made accommodations to have the dining set picked up and put together. Unfortunately to much disappointment my item was not in the store. We were told the set should be in the store 12/31/24 but call first.

Bad communication
The email we received said it was ready for pickup yesterday 11/30. We came to warehouse today 12/1 because my husband was off. We came to the warehouse, no one was around.
We called the number, no answer. We had to go the the actual store for the manager to tell us there was no pickup on Sunday. When he checked the status of the order, it wasn’t even ready! It would have been nice to have been notified that it wasn’t. We live 45 minutes away and it was a waste of gas and time! I thought ordering online was going to be easier.

Pleasant Experience at Raymour and Flanigan
