The delivery team was great and very efficient.

After sitting and lying on the sofa, loveseat and chair we started getting itchy and irritated.

We also detected a toxic smell which we only noticed after lying down on it which caused us to get headaches.

We paid for completely new furniture but this furniture seems like it was sitting unprotected in storage where dust mites and water have caused quality issues including possibly mold.

Mark was very nice and knew a lot about the product products

The store had an over abundance of sofas / couches on display. Alot of in stock items as well. Gabby went above and beyond to help me out. Excellent customer service

Salesman Antonio was wonderful. Very polite, patient and friendly.
Manager Mark was extremely rude and needs to go back to customer service training. He made snide remarks about my Father right in front of my Father which was absolutely unnecessary.

Walked in saw a couch salesman helped and I purchased it

First it was quick to get someone here to look at the set. The store manager did everything yo expedite this and went out of his way to help me. The only problem I had was that I was given 14 days to order and 5 of those days I was unable to make an appointment because it wasn’t in your system. I called the store 3x and no one was able to help me. I finally got an appointment and the manager actually was the only one who went above and beyond to figure it out. I am now happy
