Horrible experience

The sale guy didn't really know what he was talking about, the first couch we got wasn't at all what we want after the sales associate promised it was, the replacement couch is constantly breaking and getting the repairs done on it take forever and we had to pay to return the couch and get a new one even tho the reason for return was because we were told something completely different than what we got. This couch is horrible and I hate that we spent so much money on it. I will never go through Raymour to get furniture again.

Customer experience is amazing!

AJ was amazing. We went in two weeks ago looking for a futon. Even though Raymour &Flanigan did have a futon, we walked the whole show room and saw the Mosley set! AJ came over and told us all about the set. I fall in love with the big char! She gave us pamphlets and also her business card, as well as she let us know about the friends and family event. Fast forward to yesterday, we walked in and asked for AJ, not only did she remember my name and my husband name but also the set I fall in love with! I was overjoyed that we can get our new furniture this Friday! Not only was AJ very professional but the rest of the staff as well! Thank you again for making this experience amazing! My husband and I will be back soon!!

AJ was my salesperson

AJ was my salesperson. She was wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful with choosing style, color, and coordinating pieces. Never once did she make me feel like she was tired of helping and disinterested. I will use her again when choosing more furniture for our home and recommend her to family and friends.

Sales staff was friendly

Sales staff was friendly, knowledgable and "no pressure." Worked with John and Nikki and some checking in by Melissa. Everyone was very nice to work with.

I had taken the day off to receive our…

I had taken the day off to receive our delivery. I was told I would get a notice the day before giving us a two hour delivery window. The text we received was a three hour window 11AM- 2PM. The tracking system kept moving this time line. It is now set for 3:30 PM and that is not for sure. I understand things happen, but we spent a lot of money on the set as well as the delivery and taken the day off to sit and wait and wait is very frustrating.

Impressive Customer Service in Dewitt R&F

I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service at the raymore and Flanigan store in DEWITT, NY. Store manager, Austin Burt and his assistant Jenine, were outstanding in helping me resolve an issue with my online purchase. I had been trying four days to locate my online order of a mattress. I had tried calling various Raymour and Flanigan stores and using AI for assistance. Nothing seemed helpful finally, my friend suggested that I go to the Raymour and Flanigan store in East Syracuse and that's the best thing I did. No amount of AI can replace human kindness, professionalism, and true caring for one and another. Thank you so much Austin and Jenine!

The staff were very responsive and helpful

The staff were very responsive upon entering the store, showed me many mattresses and gave me time to try them out and returned to find out how I was doing. It was hard for me to decide and I was there a few times but continued to assist me until I made my decision.

Excellent Customer Service

I needed to purchase a new bed. I was fortunate to be able to work with the same sales representative who assisted me earlier in 2025.
AJ was very kind and most helpful in assisting me in finding the best good quality furniture needed within my budget.

Donna (our salesperson) and Kristen were simply wonderful. They let us move through the purchase without any problems. As long as you have employees such as they, we will not shop for furniture anywhere else.

Great experience with Abraham at the…

Great experience with Abraham at the DeWitt location. Very knowledgeable, not salesy at all BUT VERY HELPFUL in helping us figure out what we needed. No pressure added and then a smooth transaction took place with fast delivery scheduled. EASY!!! We'll be back for sure.
