Joe in the union square nyc office was amazing! He made the experience comfortable and great.
I recently purchased a mattress for my new apartment after moving to the US in the union square store. The salesperson, Robert Pinto, charged us a premium price and assured us that the mattress would be delivered on time. I emphasized that the delivery date was critical, as we had no other place to shop and needed the mattress urgently.
However, on the promised delivery day, the mattress did not arrive. After spending hours trying unsuccessfully to reach the company by phone, I went to the store in person. Unfortunately, the same salesperson showed no empathy and made no effort to help, effectively leaving us without a place to sleep.
When I asked to speak with the manager, Mary Rose, she refused to take our call or address the situation, even though we had given the store a full week’s notice and had been assured timely delivery.
We ultimately left the store without a mattress or any support from the staff, despite having been promised otherwise. This experience was extremely disappointing and distressing, especially as newcomers relying on the company’s word and professionalism
The store had what I wanted at a good price, and my sales rep Marvin was very helpful and friendly. Delivery was smooth; communication was good. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Ely Paulino, our sales consultant was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
We ordered a couch from the store and the one we received looked nothing like it. We had pics of what we bought and what we receievd and spoke with management and are hoping to get this rectified in a timely manner. I am 8 months pregnant and can not wait another 6-7 weeks for delivery.

I received excellent, efficient and compassionate help from Marvin at the Union Square store. He helped me exchange a chair for my elderly mother and expedited the whole process saving me time and anxiety.

My experience was great. I had been to four other furniture stores, but no one had what I wanted. When I explained to the salesman about my small apartment, he showed me a loveseat with a bed inside and a recliner which will fit perfectly into my apartment and would not take up too much room. I am thrilled with my new furniture and very thankful that Jose Vicens was there. He gave me his card so if I need his help again, I know how to reach him.

I went Raymour and Flanagan on Union today 9/3 and service was Horrible. No one offered to help me they were all on cell phones. I asked about the Labor Day sale, the persons answer was I guess it's still and he went back on his cell phone. SAD!
