The sales reps was very helpful
The sales reps was very helpful in helping us confirm our order and uodating our delivery date. However, the workmanship on the product is terrible. The headboard was apparently split before shipping and heavily glued and the holes for assembling the headboard do not line up. Very disappointing 😞

Product smells horrible
Visit to the store was fine but the chest and nightstand we bought have a terrible odor that is not going away. We have aired them out etc with no luck. It has now been a week and my son still is not putting his clothes in the drawers because the smell is so bad.

No pressure
No pressure. Matt remembered me from a visit about 6 weeks earlier and already had my wish list in his file system. I was permitted to explore the inventory in the store without hovering from sales. Occasionally checked in to see if I had questions.
