The mobile site on Brave browser kept switching back and forth from the filter options like color and size etc. It would pop out from the left then random minimize itself, making navigation annoying.

The service was excellent. We found exactly what we were looking for, and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. The representative who assisted us was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We are very happy with our purchase and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service.

The two gentlemen that came to my house were prompt and even called in advance to let me know what time they would arrive.This is important since there is no guessing about arrival time. They were both very professional, polite and expeditious but not rushing. They were mindful and careful re doorways, walls e.g. I have purchased many items at R & F and never disappointed with the delivery service.

The salesperson, Eric, helped me view furniture on a previous visit. He recalled the furniture I was interested in. Yesterday I made two purchases and in another month or so, I expect to make several more purchases.

Bought my 3rd & LAST sectional from Raymour & Flanigan. When it was delivered on 7/24 and unwrapped, we realized it was way too big for the room and wasnt crazy about the ottoman that was part of the set. It looked nothing like it did in the showroom. The couch cushions were 2x as thick as the one on display and the ottoman just didnt look right in our house. We went back to the store the next morning as soon as they opened to see if we could exchange at LEAST the ottoman and was told we couldnt! Not only had it been in our possession for only 10 hours! we hadnt even sat on it yet!I will NEVER buy anything ever again from @raymourflanigan and will let everyone know about this!

This visit was one of the more pleasant experiences with the sales consultant. He was respectful of my choice to browse and did check with me periodically. I did find pieces I was interested in and he did not pressure me into buying. I went home to think about it and came back the next day. I was treated with great respect and he was professional in answering my questions. A sale well deserved.

Daquan at the Natick store was excellent! Very nice and knowledgeable. He made our buying experience enjoyable.

The manager who assisted us was polite and knowledgable.I also noticed that all personal were well dressed.
