Absolutely fantastic company, admittedly I hadn’t heard of them but I found the tumble dryer I needed and decided to use RDO. I had a call from a lovely friendly gentleman Leo on the day I ordered just to confirm delivery details and within 24 hours it was in my home. The delivery guys Shane and Simon were brilliant came in very carefully handled the machine and respectful of our home and placed it where I asked. I was also updated a couple of times before delivery with a tracking link and text message. Absolutely flawless process and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again, the whole experience was spot on and customer care was second to none. Thankyou very much for this hassle free experience.

The delivery chaps arrived on time (a little bit early)
Took care to ensure fridge in place without any damage and ensured that the appliance was properly balanced. This did not happened with a freezer delivery by another company a few weeks before.

Such a personal experience -most unusual nowadays!! Salesman Leo spent loads of time finding the right product for us. Nothing seemed any trouble to him. Excellent. The delivery and fitting were superb. They called when they said they would call and updated me all the time to confirm what time they would arrive. And their recommended electrician Luke was the same with his communication-always called when he promised to. What a breath of fresh air! Would definitely recommend to others!!

Excellent service. Needed to replace our washing machine after it failed. RDO had the new one we wanted in stock and came early the following morning to install the new one and take away the old.
Unfortunately, there was an issue with the new machine, however one phone call had them back and the machine replaced with an identical washer within 1 hour of the phone call. Outstanding service.
