Fantastic service! Darts ordered over Xmas unfortunately had a point snap within two weeks of use. Wrote to Red Dragon and they’ve replaced the whole set no charge. Will definitely be using them again... Voir plus

Bad customer service. Do not buy from Red Dragon
I ordered a blade 6 that had far too much colour run in it plus a chipped number ring and chunks out of the board. I emailed customer service with the photos and was told this wasn’t classed as a defect and nothing could be done about it.
I was always a massive fan of Red Dragon over the years and used them a lot but this is my last purchase from them.
Their customer service and care is a disgrace and they will no longer get my money.
This decline in standards seems to be aligned with the date the company Nodor was bought over.
Ordered a Winmau Vertex
Ordered a Winmau Vertex. Opened it all up and decided I didn't want it so emailed to ask how I go about getting a refund. Old fashioned returns system where by Red Dragon the email you a returns label.
I had to cover the cost of the return my self (£17) which i completely accept. Tracked return which they have now had back for over 2 weeks yet not a word on my refund. 3 emails sent chasing it and no reply what so ever. So not only do I not have the Vertex, I also don’t have my money back (£100). Appalling customer service. I’d go elsewhere for your darts equipment

Awful customer relations returned a dart as it was faulty . After returning was advised they could only exchange if I sent the whole package and all darts. Maybe they should have advised this when first contacted regarding the fault.

Absolutely disgusting the way I have been treated. I have been trying to contact Red dragon for around 5 days now via Email and live chat on there website. I AM NOT getting any response whatsoever. I have a problem with my delivery I received and it’s down to you as a company to help me!!!
Buy elsewhere, same goods, better service
Ordered £170 of items. Delivery arrived damaged with a missing item from the package, and part of the order not sent. Zero customer service response, bank will be organising a refund if these clowns don’t respond to a mail each day since the issue started, not even an acknowledgment.
12/3 out of stock for the major item, offered an alternative, took that and waited for a few days, then they told me that was out of stock. A week later told me original item back in stock and sent to me, now another week later, still nothing.

Sent customers service an email with pictures and then followed it up with another email and still no reply!
Absolutely horrific customer service
Absolutely horrific customer service. Placed an order, received confirmation email to say items would be despatched within 24 hours and DPD delivery within 1-2 days. Item never arrived, I rang and was first told the item had been purchased on pre-order and it was tough, nothing they could do, the item would be restocked in 10 days time. When I assured them my email confirmation did not state pre-order they put me on hold and eventually agreed that the item was sold as in stock and said I could have a refund which would take 10 days-surprisingly similar timescales!! The customer service team didn’t care what so ever. If I hadn’t chased , I’d still be waiting. Don’t waste your time, buy elsewhere!
Got the Gerwyn Price 50th anniversary…
Got the Gerwyn Price 50th anniversary edition darts from Red Dragon.. Very happy with them the box they come in is very special with the way the darts are layed out and the 50th plaque is a nice touch too... very nice darts 23g in weight they feel good in the hand and a collectors edition too :] will be ordering again for sure. i ordered late night Wednesday 11th of February and they arrived early at 10.45am on the 13th of February... so very quick delivery time happy days... Heres to the one and only GEZZY GET IN 💪🏻
Used Red dragon many times in the past…
Used Red dragon many times in the past but the service they provide now is shocking. They send wrong items out and don’t even have the decency to apologise. They drag their heels with refunds and returns. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your dart supplies as you will have endless troubles with red dragon. Will not buy again.

Ordered darts for my son on the 25/1/26.
Received a confirmation email with the correct delivery & Billing address on.
Then a week later received an email saying they would need the correct Delivery address to dispatch.
Sent Address again & they still haven’t dispatched the item.
They don’t reply to emails or voicemail.
Feel like I’ve been scammed.
Avoid them.
Bought a Plasma Dartboard light
Bought a Plasma Dartboard light, had it 15 months and the LED light went dim. Hardly used as my son is at university.
No answer on their support line, left 4 messages, no response. Sent 4 e-mails, no response. Eventually someone answered the phone.
When I explained my issue the lady said, '' We have had issues with the power packs on these lights''.
She said she would send me a replacement power pack but looked at my account and said, ''Sorry, you are out or warranty, you will have to buy a whole new light set''.
Not really in the spirit of good customer service knowing they have an issue with these.
No point me buying a new one as the same thing will happen.
Disgraceful customer service. Will never use again.

Awful awful experience, ordered 2 sets with the fastest shipping available, heard nothing for Almsot 2 weeks , so I emailed to ask for an update and received no replies as to where my order was
So I ended up with no darts , and a loss of £80 and have now requested full refund.
Almsot felt like I was being scammed

I also received some extra flights which was very happy about and was a nice touch from red dragon, I gave these to my son and he was made up so thank you for that was very kind.
I had purchased some razor edge darts, absolutely fantastic darts, I prefer a heavier dart so had them in 30g, nice weight, well balanced and look the part.
Got my first 180 with these and hoping to get many more.
Very happy with the service received and the products received.
Will be buying any future products directly from red dragon.

Ordered a power pack for my dart board…
Ordered a power pack for my dart board light. Worked for a couple of weeks and then stopped working. Contacted customer services as the returns process wouldn't work online. Had a reply the day later asking what part of the returns process wasn't working, told them and have not had any further contact from them. This was over 2 weeks ago. From looking at the other reviews, it looks like I won't be getting a replacement.
Brilliant service and product
Purchased a dart board, stand and surround set as a Christmas gift. Delivery was within a couple of days and the whole kit is brilliant. Such a sturdy stand. The legs are long and wide so you do need the space to accommodate it, but my partner absolutely loves it. Great service and product from Red Dragon.
Dart board arrived defective
Dart board arrived defective, started the returns/exchange process where it was accepted, they expect me to pay return postage. This is in contradiction of UK consumer rights act 2015. I have tried contacting numerous times to no avail. Advised if I didn't hear back I would contact my bank for a chargeback which I have now done.

Ordered a set of darts for my son for xmas. They came in good time. Unfortunately the flights dont fit into the dart so have been unable to use them. I emailed Red Dragon re this and received an email with advice on how to fix them. It didnt work so I replied back. I then received another email from them saying they are sending me new flights which are being delivered tomorrow. Great service
Terrible customer service
I ordered 24 g darts. They sent 22 g darts. I have emailed, and called them leaving a voicemail. They have not replied to 3 emails and 2 calls. Avoid.
