Lesson learnt. Paul was a great bloke , good crack but should have took his advice and bought warranty, not long after it run out I had to pay nearly £700 for engine fault . I’ll know better next time .

What fabulous customer service from Andy! I always get my car serviced and MOT done here as I can not fault anything. The staff are super lovely and as a woman who knows nothing about cars, they truly go above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling safe when driving. The team who did the service and MOT also did a wonderful job and its just such a relief to know from dropping my car off in the morning to picking it up, everything is done perfectly! Very approachable, I dealt with Paul Souter, was originally supposed to look at the car a few days prior but a defect was noticed by Paul with the wheels so he had them refurbed for me for free. Attention to detail is brilliant and very friendly bloke.
